Maggie was wonderful to work with. She transported my 4 month old kitten from Alabama to Kansas. Picked her up on Friday and delivered her on Saturday. The kitten was well taken care of. Worst experience ever. She picked up my healthy dog, then my dog SOMEHOW got sick and she dropped it off at a vet without even calling me and telling me. She put my dog under her name at the vet and didn't want me to have her. She claimed I owed her money for the vet when I didn't even know she was doing it. She refused to bring my dog to me. She started with one price in the beginning of transport then changed it to $600 more in order to bring me my dog. I ended up driving myself 21 hours round trip to go get my own dog and she got away with some of my money. DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!!!!!!!

We were delighted to meet Ken and Aimee when they came to our house to pick up Ziggy for the road trip to Florida. Warm, friendly people who are clearly dog lovers. She picked the puppy up at a breeder in Georgia and kept in contact throughout the long journey to New Hampshire. My puppy was happy and well cared for. The company submitted a bid, which I accepted. I was told that pick up for my van would be 1-4 days after the deposit was paid. 7 days arrived and no confirmation of a pick up or an estimated date for that fact. When I received a message after initiating contact and asking for a status update, I was told "no driver wants to haul the van for the rate quoted." Very unprofessional and irresponsible to place a bid that you cannot honor.
