My experience with Jason was nothing short of amazing. He pulled up at the very last minute when another driver canceled my transportation. Jason and his son helped move my precious cargo Loki, an 80 lbs Siberian Husky from Coastal NC to Colorado in two days. - I received multiple daily updates every 4-5 hours with videos and photos. -They were very fast in responding to me and kept me in the loop of where they were and their ETA consistently through the trip. I can say nothing more than I am amazed. I am lost for words. The caring. The professionalism. The efficiency. The patience. It was all incredible. My sister was scared. She was nervous. That was her baby. And in less than 24 hours after pickup our dog arrived happy, healthy, and in very good spirits halfway across the country right where he needed to be. The communication...off the charts...above and beyond. If I could share this with everybody I would. Anyone with a dog needs to go through these guys. This company is horrible!!!! My vehicle was available for pickup October 9th 2021. And here we are oct 28th and it still hasn’t been picked up. They have made multiple promises that my vehicle would be picked up this day or that day and failed to do so as well as failed to communicate properly with me. They then proceeded to cancel my order without permission. Do not, I repeat, do not use this company they are terrible

This was the first time I did something like this or made use of any kind of service like this. So, naturally, I was very nervous and on edge about the whole thing. Galen was great throughout the whole process. He communicated with me what was going on and when, answered my questions, and was patient with me and my mom (who he picked up Bullet from). We had a 14 lb Dachshund named Bullet transported from Arkansas to North Carolina. The dogs name is Bullet and he came by that name honestly. For 10 years he's been an important part of my bio-fam and he's been my mom's service dog. Note that I said Service Dog, not ESA. That was intentional. Galen made this trip in 2 days which was great given the distance. At drop off they were super helpful and incredibly nice. If I ever have a need for this service again Ruff Riders will be my first call.

These ladies were awesome. They were so accommodating and made so many special arrangements in order to pick up my baby in Oklahoma and get him to Massachusetts within a certain time frame. They even got him to me a day earlier than we expected!! There were a couple unexpected things that came up on their route to me but they made sure to keep me in the loop with daily phone calls, texts, or pictures. They even provide GPS tracking so that I always knew where my baby was. He arrived to me happy as can be and I could tell they took such great care of him. Would definitely recommend these ladies!!

Linda is AWESOME!! She’s a 10 out of 10! She’s completely trustworthy, a great communicator, and a very pleasant and cheerful dog lover too! She shared many photos and videos and took great care of our new boy on her trip to deliver him to us. She got a really early start and made the eight hour round-trip picking him up from the breeder and delivering him to us all by 1:30pm in the afternoon the same day! Her cost was also exceeding fair, one of the lowest of the 30 bids I received. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
