Communication is erratic and sense of time is lacking. Maybe with this type of service one should expect a loose window of a few days and be open for any time for delivery? I certainly wasn't expecting that when I booked. She told me on Monday that she would be arriving to my destination on Sunday, then Saturday afternoon said she would be arriving at 11pm that evening instead. I only had a couple of hours notice. When I got to exchange she admitted to banging on the crate to make my puppy stop whining and said she thought she was doing me a favor by being a day early... 12 hours early is hardly a day early, I planned my week around meeting on Sunday morning, and 11pm is an inappropriate time to meet someone no matter what day it is. Didn't appreciate the addition of insult to injury and passive attitude when meeting and she again brought up miscommunication when I have her text messages that clearly say *Sunday*.

Donna and her team are AMAZING and I definitely recommend her for your pet travel needs. Even before deciding to book with Donna she showed tremendous care and really does put the safety of your fur babies first. Upon her offer for transport she expressed that even if I do not go with her, the precautions to take and what to look for in other profiles of shippers if I were to go with someone else and pointed out potential red flags to be on the lookout for. The fact that she was so helpful and concerned for my pets' safety no matter who was being booked is the main reason why I ultimately chose to go with Donna and her team. I relocated from California to Georgia and utilized Donna's services for my Kitty Cat Mr. Kittles and my dog Bailey. She took the time to call me to get to know my babies and any concerns or special needs if any that would come up on the trip. When my furbabies were picked up, I had their GPS location the entire time as well as photos all throughout the day along with updates on how often they're eating, potty-ing, sleeping and overall wellbeing. I also got periodic phone calls asking if there were any concerns or anything additional needed for them on the trip. Leaving my pets in the care of Donna and Esmeralda I think was the best decision for my furry babies and they gave me the absolute best peace of mind knowing they are safe and cared for. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should I need to move any more pets. ?

Just want to start of by saying Thank You, a million times over, to these guys. I had purchased a 30 center console boat from Texas, and was having it shipped to South Florida. The actual purchase took several weeks, and they checked in every week to see where I was in the process and help to coordinate pickup date (it changed several times due to financing and a delay in the boat survey). They were very flexible in terms of pickup date and always kept me in the loop with their schedule availability as it changed. Upon pickup, they represented me as the buyer, checked that everything that came with the boat was included, secured everything down, and patiently waited while the seller worked out an issue with trailer registration. Once they hit the road, I was able to track their location the entire way, and they provided frequent progress updates. We were in constant communication, and they were always quick to respond. Ran into an issue about half way with the trailer tires (cracking due to dry rot). They reached out immediately, we were able to locate a service center, and they helped to replace all 6 trailer tires. As they got closer, we were able to coordinate a good pickup location and met them to transfer the boat over to my truck. The boat arrived in perfect condition right on time. They even helped me hook up the boat and load my truck up. Dominic and his partner we extremely professional, and are just extremely nice guys, and they went above and beyond for me from day 1. I can't recommend them enough. If your looking to have anything shipped, these are the guys you want on the job.

I can't say enough good things about Shana. You can tell she really loves what she does. We had kind of a unique situation with the breeder since they weren't able to get our new puppy to the airport. Shana offered to pick her up directly from the breeder. Shana did have a problem with the delivery before us due to poor instructions from her client, which got her way off schedule, but she did what she needed to keep us informed and then made extra effort to get our puppy to us the next day. She even changed the departing airport because the original one was having weather delays. This meant a longer flight for her but she got us the puppy on the day she said she would. She sent pictures during the trip and even an adorable one of the puppy looking out the window at flight altitude. Shana went above and beyond what I expected and would highly recommend her. She's very nice and easy to talk to. You won't be disappointed with her service.

Teri was AMAZING!!! She communicated extremely well from before pick and after, was prompt and so kind to my fur baby. Teri was very flexible as well.
