After contacting several animal transport organizations and reading dozens of bios, I decided to take a chance with Karen because she was the only one who had actually read my request form and the special circumstances I had listed. The dog I needed transported was not in a good place and needed to be picked up ASAP. I live in another state with my husband who is currently undergoing cancer treatment making it impossible for me to leave him so I had to find another way. After filling her in on my situation Karen was ready to jump into action immediately. She said she would have the dog on my doorstep in two days, and after some delays she encountered at the pickup site, she delivered as promised. Along the way she responded to every text I sent her and kept me informed of their progress, even enabling me to follow along via her cell phone’s location. She stopped along the way to potty & water the dog and when she stopped for the night, she took the dog with her into her hotel room. She helped to make a stressful situation much easier and exceeded my expectations in every way. Our new dog arrived tired from the long trip but happy and ready to start her new life with my husband and me and our two dogs. I would highly recommend Karen’s to anyone wanting their precious pets transported.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery of my dog. He took my dog from Upstate NY to Central California so the star is because he got him here. I want to start off by saying that he seemed very nice when in person and I'd like to believe that this all a misunderstanding, but the circumstances are just too terrible to not say anything. I'll start with saying that I sent three big ziplocks of food and a jar of coconut oil for my dog, just in case he wouldn't eat. Not one of the those things was opened. Additionally I sent a cone for my dog because he was itchy and has allergies, the cone was not on him in any photo that he sent me, additionally, my dog had bloody marks all over his face and eyes when we got him back. The worst of it all while he was delivering my dog, i decided to look at the tracking app when I woke up in the middle of the night and the tracking app said that he was at the Geary County Sheriff Department. I didn't think anything of it at first tbh. Just assumed they had a minor incident. It wasn't until I looked again about an hour or so later and I realized he was still there. So I looked up the sheriff's department name inmate search and looked at their recent arrests and wouldn't you know, I see David's face in a mugshot. He was arrested for Domestic Battery, unlawful restraint, and criminal deprivation of property. I was in shock and immediately panic ensued. I did not know what was going to happen or how to react. My dog was left in a van with no windows for who knows how long. I was in genuine shock. I messaged the phone number i had 3x and when he was released, I assume, I got a text saying that he was in a minor fender bender. Which is obviously not true. I didn't say anything out of fear of him not finishing the delivery. When he finally dropped my dog off, my dog cowered while around david and was even too afraid to come to me. Not to mention, he had several dogs out of kennel, but dog was left in the kennel. When my dog got inside he was terrified and not like himself at all. He drank several bowls of water and had accidents all over the house. He was a different dog. My sweet pup was put through something that I will never get the full story for. I'm sure David is not a bad person, but this was my experience and I hope that no one else has to endure this.

Worst driver/transporter I ever came across. Was supposed to pick up my dog at 8am this morning. And at 8:10 the breeder called me wondering where they were. And this driver hadn’t even called and told me she wasn’t going to be be to make it. I had to text her, and then she told me her mom was in the Er… yet I think you should have contacted me and let me know she wasn’t going to be able to make it… I think this is bull and she should no longer be able to bid on any job… period!!! dont use this guy to deliver anything!! he was supposed to deliver 2 enclosed trailers for me he never deliver my trailers, won't tell me where they are and wont answer phone calls or texts. he's charging me $100 a day storage but wont tell me where they are, this guy is trying to steal my trailers. He demands payment before delivery thats not how it works. There has been lie after lie with this guy. On top of that Citizenshipper won't do anything, they wont give me his name ins info address nothing! In my opinion these guys are crimminals stealing my trailers and almost everything i own, stay away from this shipper and citizenshipper!

I booked this about a month before. Paul arrived exactly on time. He was kind and gentle with my 3 cats that needed to be transported from Phoenix to the Fresno Ca area. They were going to a cat Sanctuary, and needed to arrive before 11:00am, this meant Paul had to drive over night. He got the kitties there perfectly on time, with no problems at all. I really appreciate how he did exactly what was discussed 30 days earlier. I highly recommend Paul. You can have complete confidence in him. I will definitely use him again.

Kesha and her beautiful daughter were absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I just can't say enough good things about them. I was so worried because I had never even heard of a service like this, but we were in a jam and I had to go against my trust issues (which was really hard for me). But Kesha kept in touch and my baby pup was played with and comforted by her daughter all the way. You could tell that they had a bond that was well established during the ride. At first, MY baby preferred her! Lol So please don't worry about your baby with Kesha. My baby couldn't have been more safe, cuddled, and happy! Oh and give a decent tip. Roo and Crew delivered our dogs safely, and for this we are very grateful. Bryan was frustrated by the logistics of transporting our rescue dogs, and we were frustrated by a lack of communication - we understand there can be delays and are thankful for attentive care. But in general we learned about each delay only after asking for an update. We were accused of being unprofessional and inexperienced, though we use Citizen Shipper to transport rescue dogs several times each month, and are generally considered organized by drivers and colleagues alike. Again, Roo and Crew just wasn't the right fit for our needs, which require the coordination of fosters to drop off points at a given time, and alternatively these needs did not sit well with Roo and Crew. But the goal is the safe delivery of our dogs in timely fashion, and Bryan did this. So while the real-time logistics and communication may have been stressful to us both, our goal was achieved, and our five rescue dogs arrived safely and in good spirits, if six hours later than we had been told they'd arrive.
