12 hours prior to my departure Debbie texted me and asked me to PayPal her 100% upfront, even before she picked up my dogs. She said she has been putting money into her car constantly and needed new rotors and breaks before she could transport my dogs. This is not what we agreed upon (50% at pick up and 50% at drop off), nor did I feel comfortable sending her 100% upfront even before picking my dogs up. Also, did not feel comfortable putting my fur babies in her car if it was not reliable. She then proceeded to tell me she needed to get a new phone but not to worry, she wouldn’t charge me extra for that. Why would I be expected to pay for your phone? Also, please note that I was in NY on vacation with my dogs. I had to leave my dogs behind at my moms while I flew back to Tampa. I had to rebook someone else and I am now without them for almost 2 weeks time. It’s been very stressful for me. I do not recommend booking with Debbie.

Not too pleased with this transporter. Roxy arrived safely but a lot of suspicious activity during and after transfer. The transporter arrived with over five dogs packed in a Jeep with some excuse that "they aren't all being transported". One of the dogs was sick as a text was accidentally sent to me with this information. They arrived at my moms house and the Jeep was still packed with many dogs. The medicine that was crucial for my dog was also not properly dispersed. They also did not give my mother any of my dogs babies. One of which she has had since a puppy. This was devastating. I messaged them regarding this only to be ignored. It seems the transporter is trying to do too much and is overwhelmed. I would not recommend this company or use them again. I gave two stars because my dog did arrive within two days.

They are normally pretty anxious in the car, so I was worried they would be absolutely miserable on a long trip. Even from just initially inquiring about availability for my trip, Karen offered helpful advice about helping our cats have a low-stress ride. The cats were able to travel together and didn’t seem stressed at all during the trip. Karen sent lots of photos and updates each day so I knew how they were handling things. He took in account feeding, walking, playtime, stress level, weather, sleep ect. He discussed and covered all bases with me and gave them all 1 extra day. I specifically requested VIP service, I specifically requested she be early to the airport. Instead she was 2 and half hours late. My airline courier had to leave and hop on another flight. Debbie means well but she is a hot mess. She had no idea what time she would be anywhere, never accepted calls and when she arrived finally she tells me her phone would not keep a charge. It took 26 hours from NY to NC....never again. She sent 3 photos along the way of my cat but she would never answer her phone or text to give me a reasonable eta. She kept saying traffic...well I was using my GPS to see exact live times from where she said she was and me...there was no traffic as she claimed that would double her drive time.. If my animal ends up sick because of sharing space with other animals. Mark my words. I paid extra for VIP service on the flight. I will not tolerate being lied to.. I will be sure to pass along the vet bills to citizenshipper and her. She really needs to find another line of work. This is not it. As a customer I need to feel comfort my baby is in good hands and with a reliable person. I helped her find her way to a hotel with detailed directions they wrote down. Hopefully they didn't get lost again and who ever is waiting on their dog(s) gets them. I am very disappointed. Never Again

This is the first time I’ve ever used a transport before I have to say Paul was awesome. My experience with him was excellent. I feel like he put a personal touch on the whole trip. He sent pictures when he picked up my puppy and gave me updates the whole trip. He gave Whisper personal care also. He gave Whisper a rinse after she got sick this morning due to a little car sickness. She arrived with tail wagging and ready to meet her new family. He is a ver nice person and I would not hesitate to use him again. His price was very reasonable too. The dog breeder even Had great comments on how dependable he is and his prices were very good. Whisper had a good trip too. I could tell. She was happy.

He brought my pup to me at 2 am and he even offered to drop him off in the morning so I could go to sleep! I accidentally put in the wrong drop off address and added 10 minutes to his very long trip and he was super understanding and kind. He also bought a crate for my pup to ride in because he didn’t come with one! I would highly recommend Scott to anyone who needs to safely transport their dog. I was transferring a cat to my mother in law from Nashville to Cincinnati and Lacey was very sweet, kind and responsive, however, she delivered the cat more than 12hrs later than the expected time, which caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. It seemed like everything that could’ve went wrong did - flat tire, construction, etc. and the cat was supposed to be delivered in the morning and was delivered at 2am. We were told that he would be delivered in the morning and instead, the cat spent the entire day in a car driving to Wisconsin to drop off another animal. Not sure we would use this service in general again, but Lacey was at least nice.
