As soon as I sent the money they completely stopped responding to me even though I could see the check marks (seen) next to my messages. Very poor communication and a scam. Now I am trying to get a refund from them or from Cash app and this is a total nightmare. Still no response from pretty paws pet services. Extremely poor first experience with this company and citizenshipper

This was my first time ever using a dog transport service. Very nice, patient people. Great quote. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency that delayed me getting to my destination when I thought I would. I told them about it and they were accepting and waited for me and didn’t charge me extra. I felt it was only right to pay them more because they had other dogs to send out and trips to make. I learned so much from them about how to better my dog and his life and I am so glad he was in good hands. I hope to use them again in the future and communicate with them on advice.

Drivers husband said she had a last minute issue and had to go to the hospital and could not complete the transport. The day they were supposed to pick up the animal. Their became insulting when I requested my deposit back and said they didn’t know how to do it. Very disappointing

Zach was reliable !!! He brought my 8 week puppy, Lola, home in an 9 hour drive. I trusted his judgement as to how to care for her during a long journey. He loves dogs and has a lot of experience. Great service! I was a little skeptical at first because the price was cheaper than everyone else’s. However, communication was great between Melissa and Ray. Ray, the driver, was great to work with and kept me up to date with pick up and arrival times. He also gave me GPS tracking so I could see the location of my GSD. He picked my GSD up near Phoenix, AZ and delivered her to Texas in 1 day. Upon delivery, her crate, the other dogs crates and the van was clean. I would definitely recommend Melissa’s Transportation.

3 weeks ago Rachael coordinate the pick up of my 10 week old puppy. Cody was our transporter. He was was acted as my advocate with the breeder. Everything was amazing . I was rescuing a dog and adopted all the way from Tennessee and let me tell you it was a journey and one willing to be made by some amazing hearts . Tiffany and her mom are the most kind and caring transportation service i have ever used!!highlyrecommended!!Not only did they help me save money ,they helped me put all my cats in crates they provided at no extra costs.They understood our pets needs and wants and was really responsible and kept communication with us whenever we texted.These two women took excellent care of our pets,they drove cross country and kept us updated and even offered boarding services because we couldn't move into our new home until a later date. For the cost and service these two incredibly kind wome are offering is simply amazing.We were are on a tight budget and they made it possible for us to get our babies safe and across country. Chance did a fabulous job with getting back to me super fast regarding my shipment. I am a small breeder working with amazing animals that I wouldn’t trust with just anyone. When I needed to get a young 10 week old pup from one state to the next in a very timely matter, yet being conscious of the fact that the pup is young and a bit nervous Chance did a great job at keeping my pup calm, stopping every few hours for potty breaks and water/kibble and keeping me up to date on where he was. My wife, 3 kids, and I live full time in an RV because I travel for work. I bought a new 5th wheel that was supposed to be delivered on 10/09/2021. The transport company that I hired did not show putting my family and I in a tough position. We had to drive 6 hours all the way back to the RV park we were staying without our new RV. Since we live full time in an RV, we had to completely change our arrangements costing us a lot of extra time, money, and frustration. On the way back from the dealership, I frantically tried to make arrangements to hire another transport company to get our new home transported ASAP. Carroll transport agreed to pick it up Tuesday morning and have it delivered by 4-6 in the afternoon. I know the major inconvenience we were in due to the no show transport company was not Carroll Transports fault but I wanted everyone reading this review to know and understand the urgency concerning the transport. I informed Carroll Transport of our situation so they too would understand the urgency. So, when Tuesday 10/12/2021 rolled around, he messaged me asking if he could push it off until the next day. I told him I needed it Tuesday like we originally agreed, reiterating the urgency. He agreed to keep the delivery on Tuesday but instead of picking up my RV in the morning he said he will have to pick it up at 4 pm putting his arrival time around 10 pm which is late but we needed to RV so that was the new plan. After a few hours, he messaged me again letting me know that it will have to wait until Wednesday. He said he could pick it up first thing Wednesday morning and deliver it. This frustrated my family and I but we kindly accepted the change. Later on, I asked an exact pick up time on the RV and he said he would pick it up at 12 in the afternoon. This frustrated me further because he previously said he would pick it up first thing in the morning. After so many changes from the agreed upon time, I started to wonder when we would actually get our RV. Wednesday gets here and I’m supposed to receive a call from the dealership when the RV is picked up. 12:45pm rolls around and still no word from the driver or the dealership. So I message the driver and ask him if he was able to get the RV at 12. After about 20 minutes, he messaged me back and informed he had his truck in a mechanic shop with a flat tire. Obviously, this was frustrating because not only did he not contact me to let me know the issue, this was going to further delay the transport. At this point, I’m not believing too much of what he tells me so I asked him to provide a receipt from the mechanic shop proving this was actually the case. He agreed to show me a receipt. I also asked him if he would be able to get to it at any point on Wednesday and he said I’m going to try to get it later in the afternoon. Late Wednesday afternoon came around so I messaged him asking for an update on the transport. To no surprise, he said it’s going to have to wait until Thursday 10/14/2021. He said he would pick it up first thing in the morning. When Thursday came, he ended up leaving the dealership a little after 10 am with my rv and headed our way. He said he would arrive around 4 and he ended showing up around 4:30-4:45 which isn’t too bad given the history of his punctuality up to this point. When it came time to pay we still ended up paying full price. He never once offered to give us a discount for arriving 2 days late and putting a good bit of stress and frustration on my family and I. Also, he never showed us a receipt for the work done at the mechanic shop. I know it seems like he probably deserves 1 star and I’m sure he does but I’m going to give him two simply because he did eventually get our RV to the destination. In summation, I would not recommend hiring him nor would I ever hire him again. I don’t expect his company to last too long unless his business ethics drastically change.
