We were absolutely 100% happy with 2 Chicks & a Van! Tiffany & Joyce are awesome! They are very friendly & you can tell that they know what they're doing & that they care about the animals they have with them. They put the animals' needs & comfort above everything else. If they need to make more stops to take care of the animals needs, they do it. If the weather conditions make it unsafe for travel, then they find a safe place for the animals & them to wait until it is safe to drive again. If the shorter route to get to their next stop is too hot or otherwise uncomfortable for the animals, then they take a longer route. And if that means that it takes a day or two longer to get your pet to their destination, then so be it. In other words, they absolutely put the animals safety, comfort & well being above everything else. And, as far as I'm concerned, that's exactly how it should be. I would much rather have to wait a little longer to see my fur baby if it means that they are well taken care of, happy & healthy when they get there. They did check in with me at least every other day & sent me pictures when it was possible. And they have GPS tracking so that you can see where they are at any given time. I love these gals & how they cared for my dog & I would absolutely use their service again in the future if I need to have my animal transported! Tiffany & Joyce, you guys rock!

Driver canceled because he couldn't fit the product. Which is fine. But he did not refund my money immediately. I still do not have my money back from him. It's not hard to refund the money if you don't provide the service. Instead he is holding my money. I would recommend not hiring him for your loads. Seemed like a nice guy but now I can't trust him until my money is returned. If he returns the money I will update this review.

Lynn did an absolutely wonderful job updating us on the progress of their trip with my pup Hana, who is a 2 year old Shiba Inu. Lynn drove over 1,400 one way from Wisconsin to Idaho and couldn’t have been a better person for the job. Hana (my pup) was let out for potty breaks, was fed and photographs were sent to me on a very regular basis just to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend Lynn for your transport, and would give her a 10/10

I was extremely impressed with José’s professionalism and excellent customer service. We shipped our Pitty from MA to AZ. José was fantastic, he was extremely kind and attentive with our dog. He sent multiple pictures a day and updated me on his route constantly. It is so nerve wrecking to pay for this service with out a firm guarantee that it is legitimate, but Jose kept in contact constantly after the deposit, he shared his pet insurance information and anything that we requested. Our Luna has spent the past three years in MA while we lived overseas. It was a very special and exciting day when she finally made it back home to Virginia Beach. From the beginning, Carla made the experience amazing. She was so nice and caring and loved on one baby girl to make sure she felt loved on her way to her new home! If I had any questions beforehand (which I had plenty) Carla answered all of them and was so patient with me. We have never used a service before to transport an animal so it was all new to me.
