I must say it unfortunate that I have to write this review because Meredith of the "mobile menagerie"seems to be a pet loving person. I've put much thought into if I should and feel that If I didn't I would be doing a disservice to the pet community. After much thought I chose Meredith to be my dogs transport, to get my pets of 8 years to me safety unfortunately this is not what happen. My pets were pick up on October 17 from New York and were to be delivered to me in taxes 3 days later. Not only did I not receive my pets until 6 days later only one survived the trip yes some how, some way my dog of 8 year died in this transporters care. As soon as I got my remaining pet I rushed her to the vet to see if her and (Ivy) the dog that passed could have possibly been sick or gotten into something that caused the death. Maya (dog that sevived) was tested for everything and given a clean bill of health. Even though I was happy about that now I'm left with nothing but unanswered questions to how my seemly healthy pet could have died in a matter of 5 days. I don't know if the mobile Menagerie did anything wrong But what I do know is that Ivy is dead and perhaps she could have been saved had she gotten to me on time.

Like another reviewer here, I had a negative experience. I paid her $975 to transport a puppy. She did not perform the transport (claiming a family emergency), became very hard to contact, and to date has not refunded the money (though she claims the check is in the mail). I don’t know if she’s disorganized or dishonest, or both, but either way: Avoid her. I note that, at the time of this writing, her account has been suspended because of this incident.

Donna and Brittany were absolutely wonderful. Brittany brought my two French Bulldogs from Atlanta all the way to Las Vegas! She sent updates, pictures and responded immediately to any questions. I am such an anxious person by default and was so nervous to send my two babies on a road trip but Brittany calmed my nerves and addressed any concerns I had way ahead of time. She was punctual, prompt, and very considerate. She treated my dogs as if they were her own. One of mine tends to be aggressive and by the end of the trip, he absolutely loved her. Just transported a puppy for my customer from Modesto ca to Arlington texas. They came the same day and it took them two days to deliver. Puppy only had two 5-1 shots so they were true to there word and never let the paws touch the ground. Puppy arrived healthy and very happy... I’m very thankful cause I was very worried about parvo. Also was worried what stress the puppy would go thru having never been in a vehicle before in its 9 week old life..But now this will be my puppy transport company for my next litter and from here on out.. very professional dad mom and son and they treat ur loved animal as there own. Her son played with the puppy and even slept with her which is awesome hahhha.. I’m thankful I used them cause the first guy I booked with was very cheap and was a pos…. You get what you pay for..they were 250 more then the first guy. You been warned… I breed champion bloodline cane corsos and the puppys have over 87 champions in there bloodline. Where do I begin? From the start Serena was so informative, helpful, and understanding of what a stressful situation it can be to ship a member of your family. I tried using Citizenshipper to transport my three kitties from CA to SC to our new home and thought I had picked out a responsible transporter., Cassie Burrell with Happy Trails Happy Tails. I had picked out a date a month in advance based on the agreed upon sale of my house in CA and paid a deposit to reserve with the driver. Unfortunately my sale date was delayed and thankfully it was way in advance of my transportation date. We put my transport on hold until I could get a confirmed date. Unfortunately this involved 6 extensions with the buyers of my house over 3 more months. During this time I kept checking with my driver to see how things would go whenever we might have a possible date. By the time I finally had a good date it wasn't a good date for my driver so I had to cancel with her. Upon requesting my deposit refund she refused to refund the full amount and only refunded half claiming that she had administration costs which was not disclosed in her refund policy. If that was the case I would have gotten my refund immediately and not carried on for several months attempting to reschedule. She advised to sue her for it. Upon contacting Citizenshipper who advises that they do a complete background check on their drivers they would not get involved and would not provide address or any of their background check information on Cassie Burrell or her company. She is listed with Facebook but her company Happy Trails Happy Tails is not listed anywhere so I am very concerned over the supposed thorough background checks that are completed. Please let this be a warning before using this website to do a thorough background check on who you are dealing with before making a deposit and use a safe way of paying that can be easily disputed if you have trouble. I used PayPal friends and family trying to save my driver money which then gave her the opportunity to withhold whatever she wanted and not refund my deposit like she should have.
