I absolutely adore these women! What an amazing experience from start to finish. I had been missing my fur babe for a couple of weeks when I had to suddenly move out of the state, and these angels came to save the day. Upon booking, Joyce was completely thorough and made sure I had all of the information I needed to trust them with my dog Sailor. Not ever having used a transportation service for pets before, I should have been nervous, but I wasn’t. They made me so comfortable and was absolutely certain Sailor was in the hands of two of the kindest people on the planet. She treated Sailor as her own and kept in communication every day about the progress of the trip. I recommend these beauties to anyone. Steve picked my 4yo pit bull mix up in AZ and was transporting him to Florida, and right away I knew that he would be the right guy for the job. JuJu is not very good with people or other dogs, or anything breathing ? but when Steve got to our apartment, Juju barked once and it was on from there. Once he was in the van, and realized what was going on he barked like crazy, but once the van took off he seemed to have settled down. The vet provided sedatives for him to relax, but Steve instead that he didn’t like giving those to the animals, which made me feel good as a fur mom (didn’t really want my baby high). Steve stayed in contact with us throughout the trip, sending pictures and a lot of phone calls. When Juju got to Florida, he was a bit wired (wish he had taken the sedatives), but I’m certain that it was from all of the time that he spent in the cage on the road, because after a few days he wound down and is back to his normal self. If I had to do this all over again, I would surly use alwaysalertdogtraining/pet transport . I chose them because he specializes with aggressive breeds, and my baby is just that aggressive, but with Steve, he was puddy in his hands. Steve, thank you so much for all that you did!

Charlie Jo was transported from Santa Fe to Naples. It took a full 3 days and 2 hotel overnights. Natalie was her driver and loyal companion. Not only did she provide a safe journey but she made me feel comfortable by sending texts & photos along the way. The Best Transporter Ever! Pamela is so professional and loves our furry babies like they’re her own. She picked up my female Yorkie in Indiana and brought her to me in Georgia. She hooks up her GPS and takes pics at every stop and gives you updates. She only transports one at a time which I was thankful for because of other pet problems with being sick. Most stressful move of my life! I would never have these people move me again. They picked up the 5th 5 days late, and turned a 6 hr trip into a 12 hr trip. In my opinion they are not very experienced. Nothing but lies on when they were picking up and delivering, each day I was put off.

Would not hesitate to hire him again. Specifics of This Job: The delicate transportation of a sailboat. Sailboats are not built for land and it takes planning of proper stabilization of the sailboat to the trailer, trailer maintenance, understanding of the routes to the boat ramp (neighborhoods, highways, rural roads, park roads, and park ramps). Barry brought in a state lake and boat expert to join with his towing of all things to all places expertise. Barry scouted the set up of our boat on trailer 2-weeks before launch. He mapped out the whole process. He reviewed it with us and took in our concerns. He is patient, safety oriented, and contentious. We would trust him to guide us to the best towing and shipping outcome.

Please read to the end: I booked my transport with Shana one week after our puppy was born. I didn’t want to commit until I knew I could get him home! I was leery of hiring someone sight unseen. As a bit of constructive criticism, I would recommend better communication with clients early on, if only to help elevate anxiety. This world we live in is full of scammers! Also, to provide a way of verifying there is an actual transportation business outside of Citizen Shipper. Just saying, it would make it easier for clients to hop on board. Anyway, it took a bit of time to get a transport itinerary, but I booked like 7wks early. I shared shipping details with my breeder and got that worked out. But, the day before transport, I was notified Shana had to change to an earlier flight. This didn’t go over well with my breeder. Shipping day our pup was dropped off, they boarded flight, a photo was sent and texts, there was a tight flight connection, but they made it, and flight was on time. Sadly, her checked luggage did not arrive, and I ur pup’s documentation and puppy packet would need to be mailed out to us. All that to say, Shana has a heart of gold and did her best to accommodate us. Now that I have met her, I realize that she does this full time and is continually on the go, which explains sporadic contact. But when she is on the clock for you she does a very good job. She does what she says she is going to, but if driving or flying she may not be able to respond that moment. I would recommend Shana to safely transport your pet for you. The glitchy issues we had were not necessarily her fault. Plus, there are so many working parts in a business like this. A delayed flight, sickness, luggage mishaps, are all reasonable issues. Give her a chance to transport for you. She was more than reasonable, responsible, and such a kind and pleasant person. A++ shipper!

We just had the best experience working with Lona. They delivered our new pup over 1,300 miles. We got updates and pictures all through the trip and we were able to track them the whole way. The trip was long but they did all they could to make our pup comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone transporting pets ..very professional and kind .. took care of our 90 pound German Shepard named max who was not trained very well but was transported from NewHAMPSHIRE to Arizona with no issues sent pictures all the way took videos and sent them too , and our dog was completely happy all the way across the country.. I will always use bubba’s if I need animals transported.
