I wish I could give 100 ☆ review!!!! Tom is Outstanding!!! I rescued a senior dog, 10 yr old Airedale Terrier, named Duke.. He was in Minnesota & I'm in Massachusetts. When I contacted Tom, I told him this old boy could not be crated & must have space. Tom replied saying he had a mini van & couldd put the seats down, add blankets & make it cozy for the Duke. After more conversation, I hired Tom . I had 13 shippers provide quotes.. Tom wasn't the least expensive nor the highrst quote BUT, Tom was the beat choice for Duke, and that's what was being transported, Duke!!! He picked up the dog ON TIME in Minnesota. He & Duke did 18 hours the first day. I was notified at every stop & even got some photos. I was told if the Duke ate, drank or bathroom..they stopped 4 times. They then stopped to sleep for 5 hours from 12 midnight to 6 am. On the road again stopping twice & he was in my driveway at 12:30pm. A day & a half of travel. Long trip. Tom opened the mini van and Duke came out wagging. Tom came out smiling! A perfect combination!!! Tom was Commpassionate, Caring, kind,.professional, communicative & attentive. I WILL hire him again, with out question. I am so greatful he did the job. I've continued to text him since he completed the job. I will stay in touch with Tom. He is family now. I secretly think Duke misses him. Thank You seems so small. We are SO greatful, Tom!!!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!!!!!

I highly recommend Simeon, very professional! I was a little nervous since this was my 1st time using a service like Citizen Shipping Portal to getting something shipped across the US. Simeon is straight forward, very competitive bids and is a great communicator with both parties. He was in constant communication via text and phone to the contact person for pick up. He followed up with me as well on details of the pick up and drop off. He contacted me to confirmed condition. He inspected the item being shipped and even took pic.s. to make sure the item was good to go before loading. He is very responsive with texts and phone calls. He was patient (never rushed) with the drop off to my location and even assisted with lifting the shipped item off his trailer. A+++ I do not give an A+ rating for service very often. However Simeon does deserves this type of rating.

I was very nervous about this trip since I had never heard of citizen shipper before but “only the best pet express” was great. They came on time and were prompt with their text replies. They had a fair price and communication was good, however, I did not like the fact that when I arrived at the airport, they had me meet them outside in the cold night air at 9pm and instead of keeping the 10 week old kitten in the warm, soft-sided carrier, they took him out of the carrier and handed him to me. They never let me know they were going to do this, it's dangerous if the kitten were to get loose and it's unsettling for the kitten to be whisked out of the comfort zone into the cold air. My husband and I had to recently transport our three dogs from Los Angeles to Seattle on a very short notice. I had no idea how we were going to accomplish this in such a tight timeframe let alone with someone who we could trust to take care of our pups in a loving way. All of our dogs are rescues with individual needs such as sleep startle, anxiety and car sickness, so it was incredibly important for us to find someone that could handle all of the potential challenges with experience and empathy on this multi-day transport. Emi was everything we had hoped for. She picked up our three pups in her comfy SUV, outfitted with blankets, treats, harness attachments, first aid kit, cooling fan and an overall awesome custom set up for a comfortable ride. We were able to place one of our dogs, who struggles with anxiety, in a crate, while the other two pups slept comfortably in their dogs beds. On this nearly three day trip, Emi checked in very frequently with updates on potty and meal breaks, pictures and overall status of the drive. It was so great to see our dogs being able to enjoy walks on this long trip. We so much appreciated Emi taking the time to update us. Because of her professionalism and attention to detail, we were able to rest easy knowing our dogs were in great hands. The rate for the transport was also were incredibly reasonable. Considering the length of the drive, as well as the fact that Emi had three dogs on her hands, we were pleasantly surprised that we could make this transport work within our budget. Can’t thank Emi enough for everything she did. We will absolutely be using her awesome services again!

We had a really wonderful experience with Melissa and her husband Ray. Yesterday our 10 month old cockapoo, Lily was delivered to us from TX to NYC. Their prices were very reasonable and they took good care of Lily, texting us photos and reassurances that our pup was fine along the way. They were responsive and professional from the moment I reached out to them to the moment they dropped Lily off to us. Actually, even after they dropped her off I discovered that I forgot to grab her favorite blanket and they drove back into NYC from Long Island late at night just to deliver Lily's belongings!! I would caution anyone considering doing business with this transporter to think twice. They do not return phone calls, even if you beg them to. I could see that they were seeing my request for a call but all requests were ignored. If they can't return a phone call before they pick up your dog, I can only imagine how things would work after they have your delivery.

Let me start off by saying, Jose is a TRUE child of God. My Shar-pei, Brave has major anxiety. Its very typical of this breed. He usually buckles up with strangers no matter how kind or how accomodating they are so I already knew it would be a challenge to transport him. On Tuesday my dog ran away during a rest stop in the desert, and Jose and his wife never stopped searching for him. They spent four gruelling days in the desert bound and determined to find my Brave, and praise God they DID!!!! My dog means the world to me and my family and I cant imagine life without him. Jose and his wife knew this. There was so much grace and heart that went into the care of our babies. He transported my two dogs and my tortoise and they came home happy and safe. I am so grateful for Jose. I don't think anyone else would have put this much heart into our little fur babies... mahalo nui loa, Jose!

Shonda is one of the nicest people I’ve met. It’s hard to gauge who to choose to deliver your fur babies through an online list of dozens of people who all claim to want the best interest for your dogs but when they got to me from PA to CA and i met Shonda face to face i knew i picked the right person. She sent me updates along the way and didn’t seemed bothered when i would text her to see how far into her trip she was or what state she was driving through. She would also send me pics, but keep in mind she’s driving so obviously safety is #1 so if she doesn’t answer like that second, have a little patience! Her car is so spacious and she has one of those back seat hammocks so the dogs could rest comfortably. I transported two standard golden doodles with her and i know for a fact that they were both able to sprawl out and not feel crammed. So worth spending the money on Shonda driving my dogs rather than putting them on a plane with the cargo. Stop scrolling through profiles and just choose Shonda’s service because honestly as a neurotic dog owner i can tell you they’ll be in good, loving and caring hands with her or her partner she works with. One of my dogs is also super skittish but when Shonda dropped them off she even licked her like she was saying “thank you for bringing me here”. Choose this team!

Exceptional care! After my elderly mother had open heart surgery (which is stressful enough) she could not care for her cat. From over 700 miles away I needed to figure out transport arrangements to get her furbaby to me. I stumbled onto this website and found Radik. He was flexible on dates and was willing to work with us since he only deals with a few clients at a time. Despite English not being his first language he communicated very thoroughly via text, sent pictures along the way and allowed me to track the journey on his phone. Josie, the cat rode in style and was clearly well cared for on a grueling trip down I95 from CT to SC. Most importantly, he put my distraught mother at ease that her cat was in good hands. SWC handled the ground transport of my bulldog from Illinois to Alaska. Susan and Clay were amazing with communicating with me on a daily basis about how Heidi was doing I received multiple pictures and even an audio recording of her snoring since I had mentioned that I missed it. Of course with transport to Alaska, road conditions and crossing the border does delay delivery which they did make sure I was aware of. On day 3, Heidi got sick (due to her eating part of a leash or a toy here at my house that I wasn’t aware of) Susan was on top of it, letting me know right away, had her feeling better in no time and offered to find a vet to get her into and I am so grateful for that. The only complaint I have is that I wasn’t made aware of the routing. After being picked up in Illinois, they had to head to the East coast for another transport. Had I known, I would’ve gladly met up for the pickup when they would’ve been heading back West thru the area.

Surpassed my expectations in transporting my 13 year old Shiba Inu from San Diego to Southwest Florida. He picked my dog up on very short notice, on a Thursday morning and he arrived Sunday morning. His van is very clean and well setup with 24/7 AC and access to water and food. He sent pictures of my dog everyday and gave location updates with shared GPS locations. I didn’t have to worry at all. BEWARE-- Do not use this service. While they did deliver my dog, they changed terms on nearly everything in the process: originally they confirmed that cashapp would work and that we'd do half at pickup and half upon delivery, then they called and asked for money sight unseen because they needed funds for gas. The trip was longer than they estimated, they didn't send regular updates or update me at all unless prompted, and didn't give me an actual ETA until they were 22 minutes away. To add insult to injury, when I told them I didn't have a way to get to a bank for cash, they "helped" by googling places I should walk to. I don't know where or how my dog slept for those 5 days, or how she ate/drank/behaved. I regret using this service and I am positive these people need to try another profession. Think twice before you give them your money.

I am so happy I found these great people on here! It’s hard to trust someone else with your baby, but they treated my kitty with the best love as if she were their animal!
