This was one of the worst shipping experiences I've had. The driver missed his pick up window by 3 days, missed the delivery window by a week, and he didn't know to put my bike in transport mode so when it arrived the battery was completely dead. Communication was horrible. Every time he missed a deadline I had to call him to find out what was going on. On the plus side; my bike arrived undamaged and the driver stick around to help me get it jump started, so I appreciate that. But overall a very stressful experience. If this had been a more time sensitive delivery it would have been disastrous.

I booked with Sheryl 5 days ago. Our money agreement was cash upon delivery. I have all of the texts between us. She texted, "Cash is just fine. In most military moves it is chaos, I like to make it as easy as possible. Witch date are you going with? So I can plan my route." This evening (2 days before pickup), she messages me demanding 100% payment up front, because "gas prices went up since booking". I told her I did not feel comfortable doing this and she continued to demand money to "make it to Florida". I told her she was being manipulative and the trust was already gone to transport my daughter's dog. She breached our agreement. I have sent an email to Citizenshipper and am hoping to get a refund on my $149 booking fee that was paid for AFTER our agreement. No phone number to call. BUYER BEWARE!!!
