Richard was wonderful with Hershey, a nine month old service lab in training. They bonded perfectly and Richard exercised him regularly. The two were very sad to part on arrival home; he was in good loving , hands the entire 2500 miles. Thanks for bringing him home safely, happy and well contented. Transported my new 2021 Yamaha Tenere Motorcycle from Palm Bay Florida to Texas (963 miles.) Harvey and Lois Wagner as a team did a wonderful job. They answered every call and every question I had and gave me updates along the way. I was suprised to see a wheel chock and my motorcycle tied down "Correctly" in their Ram 2500 High top van. Not a scratch on my bike ! It was a pleasure dealing with them. I would recommend them 120% 5 out of 5 stars !

I'll admit like most , this was my first time using a transporter for anything much less a living 8 week old little puppy. I was of course nervous that I would be scammed , however that was far from the case with Necia. She not only had a contract to go through, she also kept in contact up until the delivery date, and all through the delivery , sending pictures , telling me how the puppy was doing, and stopping to let the puppy stretch and go potty. You could tell she was not doing this for money , that she really cares for the animals and the work she does. I am very satisfied with Necia. I am also very grateful for her. If you're having doubts about selecting a transporter, STOP LOOKING. John is by far the best transporter I have ever worked with, he goes above and beyond for whatever you might need. He moved my dog from Monterrey, Mexico to New York and even tho it was a long trip, he never complained and my dog had an amazing time with him. I am only leaving a review because I have not had any feedback from customer service after multiple times trying to contact. In a matter of hours, our dog had escaped Clifton's care TWICE. Our dog is nervous around new people, but typically warms up after 10-15 minutes. The first time was understandable as his collar came off. However, the second time he apparently broke out of his harness and was lost 1 hour from our home. We were not contacted until about an hour after he got loose. I went and looked for a while and was unable to find him, being we got there 2 hours after he got loose. His last sighting had been an hour before we got there. Had we been contacted right away, we may have found him immediately. My dog was lost and alone in a city he didn't know for a day and a half before he was sighted again and my mom was able to pick him up. I have contacted citizen shipper multiple times with no response. Also, we paid a deposit of $350 and $300 for gas and were never offered any of the money back despite the job not being complete and the tremendous amount of stress and emotional hardship experienced during this time. I, myself, have not been in contact with Clifton since the incident because I cannot do so without crying uncontrollably. But, I do not feel this situation was handled well at all. And I am extremely disappointed in Citizenshipper for not responding to me or reaching out after this incident.

I purchased a stray dog from a shelter knowing basically nothing about him except that he needed to be with me. Frantic to get him home, I got in touch with Amanda and Hezee. Amanda picked him up in California and brought him to NY, sending me videos and updates multiple times each day, keeping me constantly updated on how he was doing and helped me to get to know my dog on the way! Kattie is very sweet and kept me updated during entire trip. She is 100% legit and provides great service. She kept me updated of her stops and took pictures when she delivered the puppy.
