Talisa was literally heaven sent!!! Updates were always frequent. Not only did she drive my baby to me, but she made him feel at ease and gave him so much affection. I felt so comfortable having him with her. There was literally not one flaw with this delivery. Your fur baby is in great hands with her. I’d give her a million stars if I could!!! Book her ASAP!

Wow, what an awesome service from initial contact to final delivery! If we could rate her higher, we would! We read several profiles and really felt Erin was top notch, and she is. We spoke a couple of weeks prior to the pick up so I could know her better and she could get to know more about our fur babies. On travel day, we felt prepared and completely relieved at the set up Erin has for these trips. She kept regular contact and sent pics to let us know how they were doing with temperament, eating and sleeping. Delivery was just as smooth, and Erin even followed up the next day just to ask how they were adjusting. She truly cares about our family, and treated them as her own during the trip. We would definitely use Erin again! Rascal and Shiloh thank you for caring for them so well.

As a black gay man, I was super excited to see a black woman running a dog transport business- So I supported, that is where the happiness of this review will stop! I am pissed by the level of ignorance and unprofessionalism that this driver has shown. Let's see where should I start, her being unprepared on pick-up should've shown to me that we should found someone else to take our pups across the country. the first few days of the trip seemed like they were going well, oh did I mention that this was supposed to be a VIP ride ( which I thought meant just our dogs ).. nope she brought her two dogs, which I could've easily lived with... She picked the dogs up a day earlier than agreed, that was okay-- until we found out that she didn't leave LA until the next day. Okay, so back to the ride-- we get a video with the 3 of our dogs running around playing at what at first glance was a dog park, It was a rest stop with trucks and people in the background. I forgot to mention that our dog Harley, is a rottweiler, Storm is a 10 month Belgian Malinois, and Max is a poodle terrier mix. She didn't even learn their names before letting them run wild in an area where they could've hurt someone or worse gotten hurt. ( seriously, she didn't even know that the 2 bigger dogs were girls until the drop-off- that's the level of ignorance I am speaking of). Okay, moving on - It turns out that two other corgis joined the ride, how cute? We get a text that our dogs got into their food, and have diarrhea, and have messed in the car. Also, we were asked if they could be dropped off earlier, as one of her clients had canceled. Did I mention that this is a cross-country move, and flights, car shipments, furniture, etc are kind of set. anywho, we were able to change our flight and got into Jersey much earlier than expected.. we let her know, and our dogs didn't arrive until 24 hours later... Our dogs arrived stressed, one has a swollen paw and seems to be peeing like she has a UTI. The puppy is knawing at her foot, I am certain that they crossed the foxtail plant as everyone is itchy. They all smell like urine, our bowl holders, diapers, pads, toys, training, and our bark collars, did not return with them. We're missing two dog expensive dog beds, and their leashes are soaked in water and urine, ripped, and tied together like they weren't brand new when they left. This woman is definitely a dog person but is not a professional or even a responsible enough person to be trusted with a cactus to drive across the country. WE WILL NEVER EVER SHIP OUR DOGS ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN, I KNOW THAT CARGO MAY BE UNSAFE, BUT WE STOOD A BETTER CHANCE GOING ABOUT IT THAT WAY, AND IT WOULD'VE BEEN MUCH CHEAPER. This woman needs to be taken off the site and locked up. We will be looking into legal council this morning.

Charlie’s Awesome!!! He provided excellent customer service. A quote for the work was quickly received, and once accepted he made sure that he was available throughout the process in case any unforeseen problems arose. I would especially like to commend Charlie for his professionalism and superlative skills. There were challenges along the way, however Charlie handled high-pressured situations with control and a calm attitude. He’s proactive and he gets the job done. He’s a creative problem solver. When hit with an unexpected situation he can absorb what’s happening and quickly find a solution. He will proactively seek the necessary information and find a way to solve the problem. It was very nice to work with someone so pleasant, patient and helpful. Charlie’s the BEST!!! ?

She was absolutely fantastic! My dog is normally only listend to me and is nervous of being around people without me, and he never does good in card. But with her he was doing amazingly. She sent me tons of videos and pictures of him while they went to the vet. He seems happy and loving every minute with her. P.S. she has his picture as her profile picture, you must admit he is very happy.

I would definitely recommend shipping your pet with Furtastic travels. Jennifer was so easy to work with. She was very professional, and accomadating with our drop off time to make it easier for us. She took great care of or dog, sent updates and pictures throughout the entire trip and stopped frequently for breaks. She even gave our girl a bath before dropping her off. Overall, I was very pleased and will be using Furtastic Travels if we need transport again.

The Byrds did a wonderful job taking great care in communicating, planning, coordinating, keeping in touch, loving and taking care of my two babbles (Chihuahuas). They arrived a day early and kept me informed with pictures and kind messages and videos every step of the way! They went out of their way to coordinate an early pick up as I was moving from New Jersey to Oregon. They reduced so much stress in my life and I would recommend them anytime to anyone.
