Let me just say this right from the start for those who don't read to the end of reviews, if Sandra is available in the timeline where you need this service, please just hire her. We had her deliver a kitten from Poulsbo WA to a meeting location just north of the Canadian border. This was not a simple task during the pandemic. Sandra did a significant amount of due diligence to determine entry requirements into Canada which included a COVID test a few days before entering Canada. She also contacted Canadian Border Services to discuss any problems with transporting our kitty and independently verified that what she was doing was allowed. When the delivery day arrived, she was punctual with her pickup from the cattery and provided her GPS location on her trip north. When she arrived at the border, she was given the runaround by some customs officers that kept her at the border for over 2 hours. She was calm and managed the situation perfectly until an officer who better understood the rules for kitty importation better and she was set free to do the delivery. We are forever grateful for the effort she put into this, her calm handling of the folks at the border and her obvious love of seeing pets reunited or delivered to their owners. I cannot say enough except to reiterate that if you timelines work, just hire her. Our kitty give her a solid paws up.

It’s a fraud. I want my money and merchandise back. Like others who have posted, Sarah demanded 1/2 half up front, picked up the merchandise, and repeatedly said she was on her way. Unfortunately, I booked Dessert Rock when they had only one good review. It’s been 2 months and no recent contact with her. Citizen Shipper is unreliable. I will never use them again.

LISTEN!! This women was amazing!!! The communication to make us feel comfortable was top line!! She showed up with a clean an organized vehicle, and very pet friendly!! We were nervous to hand over Chance(our standard poodle/baby) and she reassured us he was in good hands. Funny part is I stayed on the phone with her for TWO hours at the end(she might say I fell asleep) lol however we are now family and I will use her EVERY-TIME!!
