JoDee is the absolute best! She loves what she does, and more importantly loves the animals! She kept me informed every step of the way with pictures and videos, she even asked me if she wanted me to have her bring her precious dog along to keep my dog company, because my dog is 13 and was a nervous traveler, by bringing her dog, it made Boscoe so much more comfortable. JoDee is kind, professional, and a true pet lover, I couldn’t imagine anyone else ever taking care of my pet during a transport. Heather and her family did an excellent job in transporting my dog. I was a little bit nervous to use this online platform but Heather was exceptional at communicating with me and provided me reassurances even before I booked. There was a slight Delay with our agreed-upon pick up time, but Heather communicated almost a week in advance. The delay was due to hurricane weather and once she picked up Gemma, she did a great job of keeping me updated on time to delivery. Heather and fuzzy friends transport it’s a five star from me!

Yes, yes, yes! 100% I was SO nervous trying to find a transporter (I've never used one before) for my new fur baby. With all the scams now a days. But these two are the real deal! They where patient with me and all my questions. They helped put my mind at ease and sent me pictures along the way. Even some videos! ?? Communication throughout the trip was great. Despite some, well, a lot of rain/flash flooding throughout their trip from FL to VT they still communicated and was no issue for me (better to be safe than sorry in my eyes) as they even delivered her in the morning instead of the afternoon like we originally planned. Overall a great experience and Tammy and Randy where easy to talk to, honest and just real genuine people. If I ever need to transport again I will definitely reach out to them! Thank you again! ??

Highly recommend! Doshia was able to take a transport the NEXT DAY after my lost dog was found. My 12 year old Blackmouth cur went walkabout when we were visiting family in OK. We’re from the Texas Hill country. Calico Ponies got her back to us safe and sound even through a hurricane. Easy communication and helpful people. Steven was wonderful with my two dogs. He picked them up a couple of days early which worked out wonderfully for me as my dogs were upset and stressed while I was packing for an across country move. He called me and sent pictures along the way. He encouraged me to call anytime I would like. When I called he answered immediately and told me about little things that had done that helped me feel reassured that they were comfortable and happy. Steven did additional training with both my dogs during the trip so they were able to adapt to a different living environment than we had in NV. Steven delivered my dogs on time, the dogs were relaxed, healthy and happy. I would use Steven again- wonderful service and a friendly lovely man!

I was blessed to have Cat transport my girl from Santa Cruz to Cave Junction. She sent pics, videos and was in constant communication. Shady Mae loved her. As a person, her caring & compassion in helping me book went above and beyond. When she dropped my baby off, i really wished that she could have taken a few days off to hang out & just visit. Morgan was nothing short of amazing!!!! She brought our very first puppy (8 week German shepherd) all the way from Ohio down to Texas. She gave us updates and lots of amazing photos daily. She picked him up from the breeder near Redding, CA. She was prepared with hay and a kennel equipped with comfy blankets and even got him some snacks for the ride! Our piggy was pampered and showered with love the whole ride down to Los Angeles! She updated us often and sent the most adorable pictures and videos of Kevin Bacon along the way! I could tell from our first chat that she loves what she does and that my baby would be in the best hands! Her love and compassion shined so bright! Though I'm not one to like to leave bad reviews, I just wanted to make people aware of what happened to me, then you can make your own decision. I booked with Timothy and his communication, at the time, was great. His total fee was $320 and he requested half (by venmo or cashapp) prior to starting. This was my first (and now last) time using this service, so I thought sounded OK. I wanted to send him half through PayPal. He stated he was having issues with them (should have been my first red flag) so I sent $200 (more than half) by cashapp and I sent it immediately. Told me he would be in PA to pick up pup by 1030am and the pup to me by 9pm. He didn't get to the pup until 1:30pm (claimed car issues) then seller tells me at that time that there was an issue with the pup so the transaction was canceled. Timothy called me and told me he would refund me half of the deposit (which would be $100 within 72 hours) I found that completely fair and agreed. It is now a week later and still haven't received half the deposit. I reached out to him numerous times and I feel I keep getting the run around. He messaged me yesterday and told me he was on the way to the bank and I would get the money back shortly. Nothing! I have now filed a claim with cashapp. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional.
