I never even got the chance to use these services as the transporter lacked professionalism from the start. She sends me a text with a link that was supposed to be a contract. It wasn’t even completely filled out. No addresses and no tentative date for when the dog would be dropped off. When I asked for a date to be entered I was told they do not do that due to unforeseen circumstances. She then told me if I wanted something changed in the contract that I would have to pay her $50 as she had someone else preparing the contract. She wouldn’t even setup a time on the phone to speak with me. I didn’t feel comfortable to send my dog with her due to her lack of customer service.

What an amazing experience with Dominic and his crew. I had a very tight timeline to pick up a new-to-me BMW F800GS motorcycle and the guys were flexible with their schedule in order to make my timeline work on short notice. Their enclosed trailer had a sturdy wheel chock and then the safely secured the bike and covered it for additional safety. A few days later, my bike was in my driveway! The communication regarding coordinating the pickup, trip progress, and drop-off was seamless and they were flexible around my busy work schedule to find a time to drop off the bike, which I am very grateful for. I would give Dominic ten stars out of five if the platform would let me!! Outstanding communication, they had the right tools for the job, were extremely timely, and super friendly on top of it all. I was so nervous about having a complete stranger transport my adoptee on such a long trip. I also required someone hold him instead of a carrier. Somehow, I found Olivia and she was the absolute best! She brought her sister along to hold my kitty for the ride. She kept me informed throughout the trip, sent pictures, and even shared her GPS so I could follow their journey. The topper was a personal photo album documenting the journey! They took little Polaroids and put it in an album with my photo at the end! Their price was so low, I doubled it and tipped. I would strongly recommend Olivia to anyone who cares about the safety and care of their pet during transport. Thank you, Olivia! PS. Rescue service where she picked up the cat stated, “She’s the best we’ve ever seen.”

I gave out three stars because she cancelled the trip less than one week before the settled date, and caused me and my dog's current fosterer much trouble. All of the necessary supplies have already been mailed out. We also made an appointment with the vet for the health certificate, and because of this unforeseen circumstance, we have to pay the cancellation fee, and struggle to find another driver asap. The reason of this cancellation is the lack of experience. The flight Barb booked has a layover and the second half of the flight does not accommodate my pet. I hope that next time more research can be done before proposing an offer.

Leading up to the last couple of days before my dog was supposed to be picked up from TX to be shipped to MD, I received an email from Mark stating that he had an emergency situation arise with his family and that he would have someone else fill in for him. We had never spoken prior on the phone. As I am a firm believer of taking care of your family first, the email I received was very vague with a contact name and phone number. Personally, I feel this conversation should have been handled via phone. As a result, I contacted the name of the individual he listed and started handling business with her. She was not passed along any information in regards to my dog (his size and or breed), pickup location, and destination information. As I’ve made several attempts to get in contact with Mark via text message, phone calls and voicemails throughout the transit of my pup he failed to return any. He completely ghosted me! On top of that, half of the deposit that I paid him upfront for my dog he did not pay to the individual who actually transited my dog on his behalf. She has also made several attempts to get in contact with him and he has not returned any of her calls either. Ladies and gentlemen, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT book this shipper service!

Kelli & Austin KILLED our baby!! At the onset of pick-up, Wesley Chapel FL, they were nice and courteous however, as the transport began I did not receive updates without initiating or asking how everything was going; only 1 pic was sent the entire transport! Four hours before the scheduled dropoff (The Colony, TX), I sent a text to see how our baby and travels were going. I received a response two and half hours later letting me know he was doing great and they were about 2 hours out. The next communication I received was 15 minutes before the scheduled dropoff time to let me know our baby was lethargic, was over heating and they were 8 minutes out from taking him to an emergency Vet; this Vet is 1.5 hours away from us! After catching my breath and calling the Vet, they advised that our baby had arrived not breathing, did not have a heartbeat and he had passed away BEFORE arrival to their clinic :-( I was devastated!! Shaun, the owner, reached out shortly after. He was very sympathetic and asked me our wishes for final arrangements of our baby and plans for the belongings the drivers, Kelli & Austin still had in the transport van. About an hour later, Kelli reached out notifying they had left the Vet and were head our way. When our baby was picked up in FL, Kelli & Austin advised no other pick-ups would take place until our baby had been dropped off. When they arrived with his belongings we were in shock; there were 4 new dogs on the van!! At pick-up in FL, there were only 2 dogs on board; those 2 dogs were not one of the 4 on board when they dropped our babies belongings off. On top that, we got back 1 3/4 bags of food. Kelli & Austin were given 2 one gallon ziplock bags of food and instructions; 1/2 bag for each feeding. Two days of transport should only have 1/2 bag left. In addition to not watching our baby for noticeable heat exhaustion/stroke, they did NOT feed my baby either!! Bentley was a healthy 220 lb 3 year old AKC registered English Mastiff. He did NOT deserve this treatment of being unattended to, not being walked (only one pic sent 4 hours after pickup during the 30 hr transport), not given food or water (bowl remained how it was packed when dropped off), and certainly did NOT deserve to pass away in a transport cargo van as a result of this cruelty and neglect by Kelli & Austin! Kelli & Austin KILLED our baby!!
