My 12 week old puppy Charlie had an amazing experience being transported from Utah to NM with Michael. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are scammers. Once I agreed to go with them they wanted partial payment before sending me a contract. The first day they said the system was down and the second day they say it was sent. Nothing was ever sent through this site or on email. Then they wanted me to use cash app or Venmo but not a credit card. If I sent money with no contract and no way to dispute I would have been a fool. Please don’t listen to their reasoning. We had a couch shipped from my mom’s house in California to our house in Boise. Before I say anything else, it arrived in great shape, exactly the way we sent it. John was easy to communicate with. The biggest con was the scheduling. Pick up/drop off times differed pretty drastically from what was originally planned. We were also needing to travel at the same time and ended up having a friend receive the couch because it was going to be delivered in the morning rather than in the early evening like we had planned. All that to say, it would have been a 4 star experience had we not had the scheduling challenges. We also pre-wrapped the furniture and I would definitely recommend that.

We set dates of when to pick up our dog, agreed on a price, and also to bring our dog alone because she does have a hard time with other animals. The evening before picking up my dog they told me they were going to bring another dog and they were going to kennel mine. After discussion and me saying this wasn't we agreed to and wasn't acceptable, they said we could find someone else and they would try to help us. We eventually agreed to ship both dogs with a metal separator so the dogs wouldn't be in contact with each other. Our dog came home safe to us and they gave us updates, I felt like my dog was safe. I do not agree with how they conducted business by going against what our agreement was to make more money, and how they communicated with me prior to picking up my dog. If they really needed more money, they could have made a higher bid initially.
