I am gratefully they took good care of my fur baby. We did receive photos and videos as promised. Although they started off shaky we didn’t hear from them the first 12 hrs. until I send a text reminder. My biggest issue was they delivered my pet to the receiving party at 3:00 AM in the morning!! There was this constant texting about payment to the point it was beyond irritating, especially when this is between 11 pm to 3 am. I booked the service from Maryland to Phoenix and they were asking the receiving party about payment and the drivers were still 3 hours away! I told them the method of payment supposedly so they could send a link —which never happened so I had to wake up at 6:00 am to give my card information over the phone to the driver!! Waking up at these times in the morning is not as big of an issue as taking a dog to a NEW LOCATION with new sounds, sights, smells, etc and then have people at 3:00 am try to orient the pet to the new location! In the best of times like daylight that’s a process. This company claims to have experience with animals this would seem like something they should know! They need to include in their description a warning to be prepared to have your pet arrive at any time during the day or night so people can be prepared. This experience makes the old adage true “ you get what you pay for”.

Tommy & his son provided me with excellent service. My mother's 'senior/12 year old Shitzu' needed to be transported from WA state to NY where my mother is relocating. Her dog was picked up in Blaine Washington, and driven 3000miles across the country to upstate NY for his final destination. Given the length of this journey & age of the dog we were concerned how he would manage - but my mom's dog arrived safely & in only "4" days. Tommy & his son took turns driving & sleeping to ensure the dogs trips are not too long. There were 1 or 2 others dogs that were also transported to other locations during that trip and everyone was fine & had space. He provided daily updates in the forms of either a picture or a text or a call. Tommy provided friendly, kind and professional service. His rate was right @ the sweet spot - not too cheap (that would have been wrong given the distance traveled) but also not exorbitant. If you are having your motorcycle transported, you want to know the person transporting it will look after it and treat it like it is his own beloved baby. Look no further, MC TRANSPORT is your transporter. You know how sometimes you can just tell someone is good right off the bat? That’s Bill Herman. He took such care when loading my Harley Davidson Road King Classic, secured it carefully to the trailer using redundant straps and no ratchets (which can cause fork seal damage), he was meticulous, took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Mine was not a simple transport either, involving multiple stops and despite these “extras” MC TRANSPORTATION was still priced better than anyone in OC or LA. His communication was concise and constant. If you’re like me and do not like fingerprints on your bike, then Bob’s attention to detail will ease your mind and honestly…the guy just exudes goodness. He took my ride to a shop in another county so it could be made ready for Patriot Guard Rider duty with flagpole mounts, here is the bike at a Marine Memorial March that took place locally for the 13 lost Marines in Afghanistan. Beware! This was a spam. We waited around all day for her to show up and she gave weird excuses. After she asked if we had paid the deposit, she then disabled her two phone numbers she had used and her account was disabled. I created a claim with my bank for fraud and citizenshipper also looked into it. It wasn’t until citizenshipper demanded a return of the deposit I had paid her that she contacted me with another excuse saying sorry and that citizenshipper had made it to where she could not contact me... which doesn’t make sense because everything was good to go until she didn’t follow through, and I doubt citizenshipper had the control to disable her two phone numbers. Be careful who you select on here and if you can, avoid it altogether.

This company is 100% fraudulent and is in the business of scamming people. I booked a shipment through them and one of their scam artists Sarah Smith accepted my shipment and requested a 50% booking fee which I paid ($550). Fast forward as the shipment date neared contact between Sarah and I dwindled to the point that a few days prior to pick up Sarah would not pick up or return and of my calls or texts. She eventually canceled our deal via text and said she would refund my booking fee paid up front. Never happened. Sarah Smith and her company are thieves and fraudsters out to scam and steal from anyone they can. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to ship something. I literally feel like I was robbed by these people. Citizen shipper do refund their booking fee but it just doesn’t feel good enough. If they do a background check on these folks and have their vital information they should use that to press charges on their trusting customers behalf. I am simply disgusted that fraudsters can come to a reputable site, gather business, and scam people out of their hard earned money without recourse. It is an absolutely atrocity and travesty.

Let me just get to the grit of it. My puppy was on a van, In a crate, for 7 DAYS! 156 hours to be exact! How on earth does it take 156 hours to go 1700mi(a 25hr drive). Even WITH breaks and other stops. The first night in transport I couldn't sleep because of excitement. The following 5 nights I couldn't sleep because of anxiety. I was physically sick to my stomach. I felt so awful for my puppy. It is a feeling of helplessness. I could have driven to the breeder and back home, Including breaks, 3 times! "We transport low numbers of pets at a time so each can receive individual attention at each stop." That was what was said to me. If it takes this long, makes me wonder how low their "Low numbers" of pets is. The other big issue was communication. I pretty much had to reach out for everything. I was not kept in the loop. I recieved 1-2 photos a day(Which was fine as she is a young puppy), but basically nothing other than a photo. To get any info on ETAs I had to reach out. It would have been nice to know what state they were in, delays, etc. Later on in travel I had asked, again about an ETA and was told it was delayed by rain. It was not raining where I am, I also don't have a habit of knowing the weather in every state. It would have been nice to know about that delay, before hand or as it was happening, not after. Or any delays. Answers I would receive back were vague. THEN, I got a call, the day she was FINALLY supposed to get here and they tell me there had been yet another delay, and they couldn't make it until the next day. So I spent the day I was finally happy and waiting for crying, calling my vet to cancel her vet check/shots, waste a ticket to an event I had planned with my sister the following day, and watched my dad go home who had come up from nevada just to meet my puppy. More communication right from the get go would have been nice! Had I known an estimate of what the route looked like and how long it would have taken, I would have NEVER done it. I would have gone and got her myself or had her flown to me. But, I saw the good reviews. I saw a few where the transport was delayed. But the overwhelming majority, especially in the same distance or longer than my pup was, typically 2-4 days. The owner(or someone with the company) even said that. That seemed to be the case with most arriving in 3 days. Stupidly, despite it being a fear, I thought it would NEVER happen to me, that she get "delayed" 5 days and still not arrive. I was wrong. Don't be like me! She was picked up at 8 weeks old. She didn't arrive here until she was 9 weeks old. That is 1 week I can never get back. They are only little puppies for so long and all she knew being away from her home was being lock in a crate. 1/9 of her life has been spent in a crate. I was angry, sad, sick, and anxious. All week waiting for her. I paid $998 for her to be brought to me. It was 845, but they had me book them on one site before they would give details, and their "details" was to go to another site and book there. Then my $845 ended up $1000(over $1600 if you include the health certs, the work I had to keep calling in for every day for 2 extra days cause I had to be here in case, the events I had to cancel, etc). I had other actual companies give me quotes less than that for private transport. I should have just taken those. This place was so close to the breeder though, I thought they had taken some off their price because of that(I assumed they would come directly from the company in AR to the breeder). I was clearly wrong. They don't care about the pets like they say they do. They just try to maximize the money they can make in 1 trip, clearly without any regard to the mental and physical health of a puppy(Or her already distressed owner). I was offered no refund of any kind for the vet appointment I had to cancel, nor the extra 2 days of work I had to miss. When my puppy did arrive, she had HORRIBLE scours(Diarrhea), and seems underweight. That was within 30 minuets of arriving to me. The pros, My puppy did eventually arrive. And, the drivers were very nice meeting in person(I know sometimes texts don't come across like we want). Especially since, I know I did loose my temper an bit and got mad. I know it wasn't directly their fault. Though more of the actual owners or whoever books the trip and helps with communication before booking and pick up. I had never used a ground transport before, but now I can say with 100% certainty I will never use it again! As well as the breeder for any future pups(Though she had been following along the conversation and already knows
