My experience with I&S transportation was nothing less than OUTSTANDING! I recently purchased a boat on a trailer. I&S was contacted to pick it up in Rockport NY and deliver to Grand Rapids MI. The owner/operator, Kenny, send a text from the road informing me that my trailer had broken down. Apparently the seller had not maintained it and the wheel bearings were bad. For the next several days Kenny worked tirelessly on solving the problem and patiently communicated with me throughout the process, Ultimately we decided to replace the trailer axel assembly. DO NOT TRUST THIS LADY! I booked with them just because she promised that my dog will be transported from California to Colorado on the back seat of the car without kennel. It was agreed that they will pick him up at 8am which worked for me since I was flying at 12pm. Few days before the pick up I got two calls from different people asking to reschedule pick up day. Then they called asking to reschedule pick up time to 5-6am which I agreed. A night before I received text from the driver saying that they are already in my city and will pick him up at around 8-9am. The day of pick up at 9am turned out they are far away and stuck in traffic. I was about to miss my flight and owner of the company offered me to take my dog to her sister's house and leave him there in the front yard so I don't miss my flight!!! WTH??? When I called driver she said that they had to stop to wash the kennel very well. KENNEL??? I BOOKED TRANSPORTATION WITHOUT KENNEL! Driver had no idea she was supposed to transport my dog without kennel and she said she never transported pets before!!!!! They arrived at 10:15am in UHAUL van with two kennels in the back. Two drivers were very good and tried to do everything to calm me down and deliver my dog as soon as possible but the owner of the company couldn't care less about my dog and her promises! There was no even apology from her! DON'T TRUST YOUR DOG TO THIS COMPANY! She will treat your dog as it's just a package that needs to be delivered!

I can't begin to thank Tricia for taking such good care of my baby Tinkerbell while she drove her to me. And it's not a short drive. IT'S across the country. Literally! And I couldn't have been more pleased! Tricia is so thoughtful with trip/stop updates and pictures. Yes pictures! I wasn't worried one moment. She treats your dog like her own. She's a dog person so she gets it. I'm was so glad my dog wasn't treated like just like any old dog. She also gives location updates as well.
