I cannot recommend Tammy and her pet transporting service enough. If I could give a higher rating I would. She truly is a pet lover and transported our 2 big kitties all the way from Dallas, TX to Charleston, SC with incredible caution and comfort in an amazingly quick time. Relinquishing full control to someone else with your fur babies is stressful but Tammy’s great communication with constant updates, pictures, and careful treatment put me at so much ease during that time. Highest praise possible and no need to look any further or put any worry into who could handle and transport your little loved ones. ?

Snowball was GREAT! He picked up our jug puppy in Penn Yan, NY and delivered to Nebraska. He picked up right on time as promised and kept us up to date on his location the entire time. Snowball sent pictures along the way. We had originally booked with a company. They had promised a date and then there was an accident with one of their drivers and they needed to push it back a week. We agreed but then they wanted to push it back another week. We were disappointed so we rebooked with Snowball. It was nice to work directly with the driver that was scheduling the delivery. The other company waited a week to let us know that there would be a delay. And then another week to let us know there would be another week long delay. Working directly with the driver took out the middle man. There was no wait time on a delivery date and payment was due WHEN he delivered the puppy, not upfront. I would highly recommend using Snowball. He was great and we LOVE our new puppy! Thank you for making things so easy!

The easiest part of my out of state move was certainly the transportation of my three dogs! This is due 100% to Pet Portal! Tammy contacted me right away to be sure she new my dogs needs and my needs, then worked with me for the week prior to the move to get the dates and times confirmed. I cannot say enough about these girls! They were amazing! We had hired another driver whose car broke down, and she had no back up plan so was stuck in a town halfway to our pups destination. We were frantic...Sara and her sister answered our prayers! They came and got her as soon as they could, and brought her the rest of her journey...they were in constant communication and you could tell they love animals. They were able to relieve so much stress knowing our girl was in such loving and caring hands. Sara and her sister were very flexible and worked with us the entire way, with messages and photos to us that all was well...They went above and beyond! I would 100% recommend them! They were wonderful!!!

Thief and a liar. Beware. I booked her services and then after booking, two one star reviews popped up and both of them said that she ripped them off took their money and never came to ship the items. I had the exact same experience. Barely able to keep in contact. You would text or phone call and we take 8 to 10 hours to return a call or a text. Never would come up with a day within a three day window that they could get here. Finally the day prior to the end of the window we get a message that they will be here on the very last day that they could be. On that day nothing didn’t hear a word until,6 pm, they said they had a broken leafspring on their trailer and they don’t work on Sunday or Monday so it would have to be Tuesday which is three days after the deadline. This woman is a thief. She has exhibited multiple times by stealing customers money. Do not trust this lying ****. I am going to take her to court. She messed with the wrong dude. We hired Michael to transport 2 rat terrier pups from ,Athens, Texas to Packwood, Washington. Unfortunately, the vehicle he was driving broke down and had to be towed to Amarillo, forcing a 2-day layover while the vehicle was repaired. He took good care of the pups, despite not being wholly prepared or having a backup plan. He got them to their destination unscathed, albeit 2 1/2 days late. CitizenShipper was completely unresponsive when we attempted to get help for Michael, even deleting a Facebook message I posted trying to get help from them. I would recommend ALL drivers have backup plans for these long trips, as the unexpected can definitely make things stressful for everyone involved.

I wasn’t going to even rate him as I hate doing bad reviews- I don’t want to ruin anyone’s livelihood, but after having my dogs back for 24 hours it would be unfair of me not to for the safety of other dogs/pets. Just take this as a caution. My dogs arrived covered in urine, feces, weight loss and my great pyr mix (Koda) has a huge gash on his face that keeps bleeding, I have a vet appointment scheduled. After sending an upset text, I got a call back that he was trying to get out of the cage and that’s how the gash got there and that he can’t control what dogs do. He made it sound like it was normal that dogs go to the bathroom on themselves, he’s 7... he’s been fully trained since he was a puppy. He’s NEVER used the bathroom on himself. Chorkie, I could see happening. He’s 3lbs and gets scared, but not Koda, our great pyr mix. He said he wouldn’t eat but the bag of food is full. And with the stress, I would have understood... dogs sometimes don’t eat when stressed, but the bag is full and he didn’t even text me to let me know he wasn’t eating and had a gash on his face. I’m not going into more detail as to keep this short, but I’m almost positive they did not eat the entire trip nor leave their crates. This isn’t the first time we’ve used citizenshipper and this has never happened before. I honestly feel sick, my heart hurts. Just be carful. He has such great reviews I thought I could trust my babies with him. 2 stars because at least they’re alive- he was alone for the trip so maybe he was just overwhelmed. I wouldn’t recommend even using his services.

Amie’s communication was horrific. Many times I felt as I was robbed. Her estimated times of arrivals are a joke. 2 then 3 then finally arriving 8 hours later for pickup. Then arriving 24 hours later for a 680 mile drive. Horrible communication, multiple sob stories and then says “ don’t harass me” after no calls no texts”. To add icing on the cake then says she won’t turn on GPS until she is 5 hours away because she is afraid of a stalker and that GPS wasn’t in the arrangement. It’s on your listing. It’s in the arrangement. She was specifically told he was on a preventative antibiotic because he is a PUPPY. they poop and pee especially after being kenneled for hours. She complained the whole time / everytime we spoke. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ——DONT BOOK, DONT TRUST HER AND PAY SOMEONE ELSE!!! Hamersville, OH to Tulsa, OK = 24 hours of hell

I wasn’t gonna make a review but the client, who lost her brother suddenly 5 days ago and has been trying to get the dogs safe and s my to family in Tennesse asap, asked me to. Not only did Dosia not tell me who would be driving but she brought a 17 year on to help her drive and didn’t tell me. Then I got a strange message that Dosia had a seizure and the doctors didn’t have medicine. 6 hours before pickup. I got really said and said a prayer and since they were supposed to be in Idaho I was gonna send a friend to help them. I asked the 17yr old what hospital were they at and she text “hippa?” -“after she literally told me the full diagnosis of her grandma….. So that led me to think maybe they weeent so truthful. So I told her it’s fine just please don’t text the the. Group chat so we can find another driver. Then she sent a slew of texts to the group chat saying all kinds of stuff! This lady just lost her brother and had these people back out 6 hours before pickup and now she is texting incessantly things about god and stuff. I thought you were in the hospital and now you are driving home? Not sure what to believe. Now has the 17 year old soimply stopped I would have left it. But she kept going! We all had to block he!

My daughter's needed to get home and was unable to bring our precious furbaby with them on the train. I found Eric and he responded IMMEDIATELY! He was flexible and gave great communication the duration of the trip. When our furbaby arrived home, it was apparent she had been in good hands. If you need someone to help transport your pets... LOOK NO FURTHER!! Eric is your guy. Not only was he timely and reasonably priced, he has a GREAT personality. Meeting him felt like connecting with an old friend. I am very happy with Patrick's service transporting my puppy. My pup just had surgery and had to travel from Texas to Vermont, I couldn't put her on the plane. Patrick made sure she was fed and gave her medication as well as provided a comfy bed for sleeping on his RV. He gave her lots of love and she even walked on the beach for a bit in Florida to stretch her legs. He contacted me daily and sent pictures of her playing with his dog. I didn't worry a bit because she was very well cared for the whole trip. I highly recommend Patrick if you need to transport you pet.
