If you are looking for someone to transport your pet via airline or car we highly recommend Rodney. This was our first time needing to hire someone to help us get our new puppy so I was nervous about the process of trusting a stranger. Our breeder is in Utah and we are located in North Carolina. What an amazing person! I've never used a shipper before nor ever purchased a puppy online so I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Was the seller legit? Would the shipper mistreat or steal my puppy? LYNN soothed all my worries from beginning to end. She took pictures of the puppy and sent them to me. She then waited for me to verify it was my puppy and even let me know it had fleas and had been given a flea treatment. Along the trip she sent updates and pictures. Papa Paul's the only one we will ever use for transporting our fur baby, Buddy! So grateful we found him and we would absolutely recommend him to our family and closest friends!!! He lives about 4.5 hours from us, but he drove all the way to Illinois to pick up buddy from our doorstep and brought him to his home to rest for the night. Then they travelled first thing in the morning all the way to Texas and Buddy arrived happy and healthy! Everything was included in his price and he was an absolute professional. I am infinitely glad that I chose Karen of Pampered Pooches, I could not have chosen a better person to transport my precious 3 month old Frenchie to a cross country flight. Considering the breathing problems with the breed, and the risk around them flying, it was even more important for me to find someone I really felt I could trust. Carl was a very nice guy but I am not sure He is cut out for this gig. He failed to read the requested dates before he accepted the booking then had to reschedule me about five times most of the time without any communication until I contacted him to find out about the delivery. He needs to stay in touch with his people. Both I and the breeder felt very nervous by the time he picked up. He did send one picture in transit and the puppy finally got here fine although extremely late, which I agreed to as I was so worried I just wanted my dog at my place. They were very cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. I hope they are just in a learning curve. If they had scheduled a little better or at least contacted us regularly with difficulties I would have given them a better rating.
