My 88 fiero decided to be temperamental with me and have a dead battery. He tried jumping it, but it still didnt work. He then proceeded to go put of his way, buy and install a new battery. Be sure you get all his info and check it before letting him leave with your property. He hit something with our camper put a big scratch and dent and knocked the window out of the door. He provided insurance to the people receiving the camper but when they tried to file a claim Geico said they couldn’t find that policy number. So now I’m dealing with citizenshipper to try to get this resolved. So no I’m not satisfied with this driver and as of now would not recommend him at all unless he gets this taken care of. And would be glad to write another review if he does get this taken care of.

This is my first experience using this service. As a breeder, I do my best to place my babies as close as possible and if I can't, the new pet owners always pick-up their babies. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to pick-up my babies (4 puppies) in Pennsylvania to take them back to Washington with me. This was very stressful and quickly my apprehension turned into extreme anxiety about the situation. After much, much digging and from my first conversation with Emi, my fears immediately subsided. It was more than clear that she not only was the most qualified but the most compassionate about her love for ALL dogs. It was helpful that Emi assisted in a transport with another good friend who is also a breeder. and gave her rave reviews. Throughout the journey Emi kept my heart at ease with multiple updates. This was a hard transport, I had four puppies that I did not want on the ground. Her set up was safe, secure and my babies arrived earlier than scheduled and smelled of calming lavender! Emi kept close contact and sent photos throughout the day - this peace of mind has no price tag when it comes to my babies. If we had to do this again, even if I were able to transport myself, I would use Emi again! As a business owner, the time that she saved me was also a bonus! It's obvious that Emi is a professional and she has a great knowledge about dogs, one of my puppies needed extra eye-drops/healthcare and Emi stayed on top of the process. We provided litter and a box that were not used, so two of our four cats probably peed on their blanket. Their paws were dirty and hair was matted. I’m sure that cats, especially four, are a difficult challenge to transport but I was not happy with their care. I think he’d do a better job with dogs.

All Pet Express, LLC was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about them. I had to find someone very last minute to go from Colorado to New Jersey, and with a dog that typically is on the “not acceptable breeds” list they didn’t hesitate for a second. Lynel was friendly and communicative and safely and quickly transported my puppy from Colorado to Ohio. I'm giving her four stars instead of five because she fed him something different than I requested and gave him Benadryl without asking, which made him a little bit sick. I recommend providing your own food if you want your pet to eat something specific and discussing whether or not it is okay to give them anything else in advance.

I find it so crazy how I had a talk with this woman last night and she excepted to pick my dog up and bring her from Lomita California to Chicago. Now what I find weird is that she has the nerve to tell my parents on the phone that she basically doesn’t feel comfortable taking my do. So the fact that I told her she sounds slurred on the phone. By slurred that means drunk. She started to ramble on about conversations that had nothing to do with my transportation! Let alone my dog. She was replying back so slow, ditzy, goofy. Laughing at EVERYTHING. Didn’t even know where I lived and how long I took. She just sounded like she was under the influence of something. I never once stated that she was drunk. I actually have a witness for that, since my girlfriend found her online and we were both sitting on the phone listening to her. My parents called me not too long ago, even expressing that they did not like the way she sounded either. Whats funny is that I was supposed to pay her cash in person but she changed it to me paying her upfront ( which she said to my parents ) before she even gets my dog to me. My mom basically called her a scammer declined her and now it’s done. I hate goofy mfs.

Since my Father and Grandmother passed within 5 months of each other, their Chiweenie Emma needed a new home. They transported her from Deltona, Florida to my Uncle's home in New Hampshire in less than 48 hours. They were patient and very understanding of our unfortunate circumstances and handled her with care. She's a feisty little one, and I know she will be more than well taken care of with my Uncle. Over five star reviews! To Basil and Jack and their grandson Will. My three animals had a perfect few days on the long trip from Seattle to New York! They are good to the animals, regularly update their daily schedule and status, interact with them, play with them, and let them felt warm! They stopped everyday during the trip in case the doggy needed to be walked. They provide a 100 percent safety not only gave to the owner, but I believe also gave to the animals! I think their service is 100/100 absolutely and I can't be picky about anything. I hope Basil's family will be better and better in the future! Thanks again!

These guys are great! We had our chihuahua mix transported almost 1000 miles! They kept me updated as much as possible in between all the dead zones and when an ETA changed they were on top of telling me. When George was dropped off, Jose let me know the last time he ate/drank/pottied. George was so excited to see us and was in great condition! Super affordable, professional, and sweet.
