We were so nervous to book a service this expensive sight unseen but they were so easy! Our Yorkie-Terrier had been ‘stuck’ in Missouri after we visited my sister and her family because The airline refused to allow us to board a flight back home with him (two different attempts since end of June). We were desperate to get our guy home and found this business and they were available to pick up next day. They were very quick and did exactly what they said they’d do and even got him home early. I would def recommend them. They were not warm and fuzzy but they did Deliver the service I paid for. Our dog is super happy to be home and they updated us and sent pictures the entire way! Talk about far exceeding expectations! From the moment I posted my shipment, I have never met a more communicative and helpful service provider. It was clear Lana actually read my post and addressed everything I was looking for. I was tired of getting bids that clearly had not read my ad whatsoever. If an individual can't take 45 seconds to read a post, how likely are they to take 10+ hours to really care for your pet? Lana explained to me the pros & cons of road vs air since I was considering both. She even went out of her way to provide boarding for my puppies in order to meet my tight schedule requirements. Due to a worming error on my breeders part, the puppies developed diarrhea which Lana handled in the most professional and comforting way possible. She kept me informed of their recovery with pictures and videos. I truly appreciate how she refused to depart for the trip until she had ensured the puppies were on the mend. Throughout the entire trip she kept the GPS on and active and would regularly send updates and videos. Understanding that I was a first time dog owner, she took time during her arrival to offer much needed advice and care tips for my new family members. It is extremely evident from the onset that Lana and Tim love dogs! They are not simply just Transporters, but instead have devoted their entire lives to animals in one form or another. That kind of dedication and experience isn't very common on this platform. Thank you guys for going above and beyond!

At first i thought things were going smooth and kept in touch with driver. Trip was planned 2 weeks in advance. Within less than 48 hours, driver cancelled. Now that puts great dilemma on me as a client and adds more time because it takes trust and reliability to commit. Really think citizenshipper.com should look out for both parties instead of driver. If client cancels within 48 hours you pay driver and servicer. But when driver cancels only the client suffers!

Was supposed to pick up my dog at 5pm stopped responding had to call 5 times from 2 different numbers and he only answered the one that wasn’t my number after 2hrs after the time he was supposed to pick him up said when he answered he said he’d be there in 20 minutes and 2 hours passed and still never picked my dog. Do not recommend at all
