I can't say enough good things about Robert and Cen-Tex Transport. Had a boat delivered 1200 miles. Had issues with the trailer at pick up and Robert took the time to repair, and ensure the boat was safe for travel. Summer at FurrStar was a dream to work with. She was super responsive right off the bat and far more flexible than any other bidders. I know it is very important to families bringing home a new pet that they can get their pet within a tight timeframe. Summer worked with both me and the breeder to keep the transport organized and on schedule. Due to COVID my plans changed last minute and Summer accommodated without question. She was an excellent communicator and sent me photos and locations along the journey. We were so happy to get our new baby and it wouldn't have happened without the help of FurrStar. Donna did a great job! She helped us move 7 animals at once including 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 45lb tortoise , our large Turkey and 2 chickens. Definitely not an easy thing! She kept in contact the entire time with sharing her GOS coordinates and a ton of photos through the entire 3 day trip from Colorado to South Florida. Any trip like this can be allot of stress on animals but I believe she did as good as a job as I could have done and delivered everyone safe. Great communication & an obvious love of animals! I would definitely use her again and will be referring her to any of my friends that need a pet transported in a happy & safe manner!

1st let me start with the fact that when I booked this trip, I had a death in the family and a wedding In the same week. I was a hot mess and got my pickup date completely wrong. Susan not only was understanding but made it work went beyond and above to make this trip happen. I had never used this company or service and was confused at the time of payment I thought I was supposed to pay the driver along with their fee. Turns out that it's only the fee that they charged and we paid the driver directly. I highly recommend the honesty, trustworthiness and punctuality of Susan. This was the best way I could have transported my little doggie ever. I got constant updates and videos that cracked me up! One was of her riding shotgun looking out the window and then leaning over and giving Hezee a kiss! I felt like she was cheating on me. Every time he stopped and let her out I got an update and when they were stopped in for the night I got pictures of them in the room. I have told so many people about them and their company I hope they choose to go this way when they want to move their beloved pet. Thanks so much to them for giving me a piece of mine to get my little Australian Shepherd across country.

Moose arrived happy and well cared for! He had a great cross country adventure and went on many walks and saw wonderful sites! He visited dog park in Montana and Illinois and what a book he would write! What is important is that when he arrived I could tell that he was much loved. He was not in a crate but traveled with grandeur sleeping on pillows and blankets. I am so pleased and grateful! If you want the best situation for your beloved pet, this is the best way to go! I would sincerily like to thank the entire team. My 4 babies were transported from CA to FL and their immense help was appreciated. The transporter also aided in checking my animals into amerijet, and although the check in the day before their flight took approximately 5 hours (?) the transporter hung in there and communicated through out the experience. Furthermore, he stayed nearby until they were in the air and simply was amazing at helping me through it all. I would like to highly recommend this company. Their prices and care was wonderful. Thank you all so very much ❤️
