Got some bad news and had to transport my 2 year old German Shepherd (Buddy) from Louisville, KY, alll the way down to Phoenix, AZ. I have never done a transport before so i got on here and was contacted by Jordan. He was awesome and made the entire process easy. He Picked up Buddy from me on Friday and had him delivered by Monday. He texted updates all throughout the trip and to be honest it seemed like my dog would have been fine if he stayed with Jordan longer! Worst experience ever!! I have used several ground transports for my puppies. First it started off with her pushing back the pick up. Friday then Saturday AM then Saturday around 11. I feel I’m pretty easy to work with so I didn’t complain. The two pups were to go to OR and CA. Second they mixed up the phone numbers and delivered the wrong puppy to the wrong person on Tuesday when it was promised Monday. Then tried blaming me!! When clearly they saved the numbers wrong. They went back and switched puppies. Then they STOPPED and threatened not to deliver the second puppy because the first family hadn’t paid in full (which is their fault they didn’t get payment at delivery). We paid them so the other puppy could get home when they said which was early on Wednesday (already way later than expected) and they didn’t get there until that evening. The communication was AWFUL. When I found out they mixed up the pups they wouldn’t even answer the phone. I had to send multiple texts to finally get an answer. They promised tracking the whole time and only the families got it at the END.

I am extremely disappointed with Paradise Pet Jet. After securing their services, I contacted them on Monday from the vet's office to get a date of travel for the health clearance. Mind you, these clearances cost 100s of dollars and have a short shelf life. I was told by PPJ that they would be in my area on Tuesday, so that is what the vet put on the certificate as the date of travel. On Thursday, PPJ texted me asking if they could pick my dog up that day and promising to send updates that they never sent. Then, early Friday morning (maybe 1 am?), they texted me saying they were in a town 2 hours away. So, I remained home almost all day Friday after spending all of Wednesday and Thursday waiting for them at home. Then, presumably within minutes, hours--who really knows--of them arriving, my dog had a bad accident, and I had to rush her to the Emergency room. When I called the company to cancel the pickup, there was zero effort to find out why I was canceling, if everyone was okay, or what could be done to resolve the problem. Nothing. Just, okay. Bye. Today, having recovered from the prior evening's dramatics, I called and got yelled and screamed at (because I dared propose that she might return my small deposit). Again, there was absolutely no concern for my dog or her condition, only this woman yelling and screaming about the inconvenience to her of my canceling "last minute" (what does last minute mean when you've left someone waiting 3.5 days?). She barked at me about when her next run to the east coast would be without ever stopping to ask if my dog would be well enough to handle the trip. Then there was yelling and screaming about me not sending her full payment, even though she never once made clear she was expecting the remainder prior to pickup. She could easily have sent me a message communicating that. In fact, it was I who had to ask how payment would be secured. Then, after informing me she accepts Zelle and Venmo, she never sent me information about specific account names. So why would I assume she wanted payment RIGHT THEN? You know, you can lead a horse to water...But also, it seems to me that if I make a commitment of payment to someone, and I commit to a health clearance that costs hundreds of dollars, PPJ should also be able to commit to clear dates for pickup, or, at least, to be upfront about their arrival "window" being 3 and a half days (technically 5 because they originally told me they could pick up my dog on Monday). Honestly, I don't give a hoot about the deposit I lost, and I could live with waiting a few days to make sure that the drivers rested when they needed and that the dogs had adequate breaks. What I most wanted was to not be yelled at and to hear just a little bit of concern about the well-being of the dog I was going to leave in their care for an entire week. Of course, if PPJ had come within even 48 hours of their projected arrival time, the accident would never have happened, my dog would be en route to my sister's house, PPJ would have gotten its full payment, and I wouldn't be struggling to rejuggle my life.

Extremely satisfied!!! We were skeptical of the breeder we were getting these pups from and had a feeling they were being mistreated. Our driver kept me up to date on traffic, conditions of the puppies and we were prepared with flea shampoo when she got here. We received status updates and pics and her grandkids snuggled and played with our little fur babies the whole way.
