We thought Sarah and her son did a great job at transporting our 8mo Bassett hound. We were great full that they were available for the specific days that we needed the transport. They were very accommodating and took their time as we requested so as not to stress all passengers. We did a ride share which I liked because it gave our pet some company and play mates. Cooper, our dog, gets car sick and Sarah was wonderful in caring for him when accidents occurred. The vehicles they used were very nice, clean and organized. I also liked that we didn’t have to pay until delivery was complete. They truly offer door to door delivery. Thank you Sarah and Luke.

Gary was an excellent communicator before the trip, during the trip and then even after the trip checking on how things went. He is the best! We were having trouble with airline flying our German shepherd, husky mix dog. They kept making us miss our flights. So we finally got on citizen shipper and within minutes we found Me. Barton. We contacted him around 5am and he came and picked up our dog all the way in airport later that day. He took our beautiful pup from Michigan to Oregon. He had a locator. Would send pics and updates on his own Accord and whenever we texted. We had major communication issues. He did not let us know when he picked up our dog. He did not keep us informed of delays. In fact, we never heard anything until we called him after he didn't show up by the arranged delivery time. He then informed us that he wasn't coming until the next day. We understand traffic and weather conditions can cause delays, but if this were an issue he could have let us know and we would have been understanding. But he simply changed his plans and did not tell us. If we had known previously, we could have made other arrangements. Really put us in a tough spot.

I cannot rave enough about my experience with Heather! My dog and I were relocating back the US, and she covered the airport to home leg of the journey. Her communication was excellent--quick respond to messages (even when we were dealing with an 11 hour time difference), and sent updates throughout their drive. Denise was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't be happier with her services. I gotta admit, I was really worried. Leaving our dog (and car) with a stranger, hoping she turned up 3 days later at our new home? But Denise exceeded the already high expectations. What an amazing experience! From the time I booked the service till drop off I was updated. Real time gps tracking that I could check whenever I wanted to, pictures and updates. Ghost got to the airport on time and was very well taken care of. It was an easy book and it really made me less nervous getting updates on her and getting that gps was a huge plus. They have experience with animals so they are safe in their hands. Pick up was easy and made me feel like he already knew what he was doing and drop off at her destination went smooth as well.
