Absolutely wonderful! I was a little leery at first because I had never used such a service as this. Both Carl and Gary were wonderful with their communication and keeping our new Afghan Hound puppy safe on her journey to us from PA to FL. They updated both us and the breeder with status photos and texts throughout the whole trip. If I needed to contact them either by phone or by text, they answered quickly. Their time estimates were spot on. When they said they would be at a certain spot between x-o'clock and y-o'clock, they were. Excellent service all around. I will use them again in the future.

If I could give Road Trips with Olivia ten stars I would. She was just super, from the start of scheduling the trip to when she put my new pup in my arms. She maintained excellent contact with me prior to picking the pup up, arrived at the pup’s breeder’s exactly on time, let me know they were started my way, and kept in touch throughout the ride. The pup had never been in a vehicle before and got sick and shakey at the start so Olivia stopped and just sat with her until she relaxed, then continued their trip. The gps misdirected her, adding an additional hour to her drive and she took it with a smile and no complaints! When she delivered the pup she also gave me a terrific gift, but I won’t spoil the surprise for her upcoming lucky customers! It’s obvious that Olivia has a love for animals and a kind and easy temperament. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat and I’m grateful my pup got to spend her first road trip with her!

Jason did an amazing job! I would hire him again. He was very professional and an upbeat person. He was very proactive and responsive with communicating via email about the job (transporting my 2 mini-Nubian goats) and a phone call to discuss the details further. A couple days before he was scheduled to pick up the goats, he called to check in. How nice is that! At pick up, he was on time. He also helped carry a couple bales of hay to put into his van and a few other things with the goats that really isn’t in his job description. Along the journey, he took the time to communicate with me via text to indicate where he was and sent a couple pictures. When he reached the destination to deliver the goats, he called to let me know he was there and how the drop off went. Jason seems like an all-around nice guy and takes a lot of pride in his job. This is someone you can trust with your animals. I will hire him again later in the year to transport the goats back to us.

When I found out I couldn’t bring my baby in cargo, I searched for days for the right pet transportation service. Luckily, I found Justin! As a overprotective dog mommy, I asked Justin many questions before he picked up my baby and he always answered my questions in a timely manner. When I finally met him, i felt immediately at ease because he has such a love for animals that reassured me that my baby would be okay. Everyday, Justin would send me pics of my baby too. Usually, my dog panics and gets nauseous during car rides, so I got her prescription medicine. However, Justin didn’t need to use any of it! She didn’t get sick at all. What a miracle worker! I highly recommend Justin and will be using him again in the future.

This was the 1st time I have ever used a ground transporter, and being that it was needed to get my son's puppy, Smokey, that means the world to him, all the way from Oregon to Michigan, I was extremely nervous and discerning about who could be trusted with such special cargo that long of a distance. So, after following up with several bidders, and asking several questions, I felt led to trusting Barton as our transporter. It proved to be such an excellent choice! From the moment his wife, Barb, reached back to me and communicated in such a reassuring way, with details and efficiency, I knew I had made the right choice. Barton was exceptional with his frequent communication via texts and calls, and updates including pictures of the pup throughout the entire trip! Just prior to the transport, before Barton picked him up, I was informed Smokey had injured one of his legs. Thank goodness Barton took excellent care of him, tending to all of his special needs throughout the entire transport. Smokey arrived to us in Michigan, right on time, healthy and happy and seemed to LOVE Barton! We are all SO GRATEFUL to Barton for making this such a positive experience! Omgggggg when I say I should had read the reviews first I should have read them first….. before booking please read all the reviews and the smart comments she said after….. my experience I have a 1lb 3oz teacup Pomerian…..my bf paid a lot for Envie she was my birthday present……first lack of communication she never texted me to even tell me she got my puppy from my sister……second she picked her up Sunday from Vegas was supposed to go to ga. Texted her everyday got short texts…….. Wednesday texted her that morning she told me Envie was doing great then @ 5:16 my time she texted (not called) texted me telling me Envie had green snot and had a seizure and she was on the way to a vet in California……..I was lost to why she would be in California when ga was the other way……..I called the hospital she gave me 10 times and called her……. An hour later she text me saying the just arrived…….. now I was pissed I asked her what happened and to call me….. no call she texted me talking about they took her out the cage for food and water Abe she had a seizure……. Of course I’m stuck with a high vet bill $1000 down payment and she’s been hospitalized ever since so everyday it’s going higher and higher………. All this is crazy I’m out the $500 I already gave her and have a vet bill that’s already $2700 for a puppy that cost $4500 ??♀️

Rickie was fantastic! Transported my dog Doc from Chicago to Seattle in 3.5 days. Knowing that he drove a mobile vehicle where Doc wouldn't be left alone at night also gave me a lot more comfort since my dog can have some separation anxiety. Rickie gave plenty of photo updates throughout the trip and most importantly, seemed to genuinely care for my dog. Exceptional service. I was honestly terrified of having my puppy transported from WA to California. It was such a long distance that I had planned on driving myself but due to a sudden back injury I wasn’t able to. I was desperate to find a reliable, TRUSTWORTHY, and compassionate transport company. When I discovered Canine Pack Partners I knew I had found the one. The owner - Delyla Wilson has vast experience with dogs from being a vet tech for 30+ yrs and also an established breeder with immense training experience. The relief I felt when talking to these wonderful women made me feel so much better about privately transporting my 8 week old puppy. They kept her safe. They offered a “no touch ground policy” since she’s not fully vaccinated and had play/potty on turf that they brought with them. They sent me photos of my pup throughout the entire drive and updated me. My pup was safely delivered to me within 48 hours. Honestly, look no further, these are your transport people!

I could tell that Kerry took time to care for our new puppy, as he told us about a wound on her neck, (probably from her microchip), and how much she liked her belly rubbed. When Kerry handed her to us, she looked like she wanted to stay with Kerry...this melted my heart! Sadly, this went badly. I booked my pup from NY to AZ. My dog arrived safely and they communicated while on trip. HOWEVER, (1) my dog was driven for over 12 hours a day on multiple days, (2) this required them driving after dark, (3) I asked about the number of dogs riding with her and the number given was not true, and (4) my dog was driven over 1500 miles out of the way so that they could make other stops. I mention (1) and (2) because their profile says this does not happen for safety. When I booked I was told by Amanda I was (at that time, her only dog heading west) and would be dropped off on her way to California to pick up her friends dogs. Yet, my dog went to Northern California first and not Phoenix. At one point, my dog was 7 hours away and I was going to drive to grab her (as the 1500 miles (2 days) out of the way track) was about to happen. The only reason I knew about this before hand was because I was confused as to why they were so close to me and yet it would take 3 more days. Needless to say, it was that extra 1,500 hundred miles that required those lengthy days in the car as the travel time I was given would work with normal 8-10 hours days in the car. I could not grab my pup because they didn’t stop until after 10 (after dark) and weather came through AZ. Further, when they dropped my dog off they attempted to hand me a bag of dog food that was not my own. Thus, my dog was not being fed her own food which they did not even realize. And finally, my dog literally drank two 16oz water bottles when she got home because she was dehydrated and hot. I have never left a bad review for any service I have used until now. My dog was put through unnecessary stress and danger. Honestly, it was quite upsetting. I’m writing this because I would have liked to know about this. Based on reviews, I want to be charitable and assume they just did some really bad scheduling and messed up. However, the ordeal was not okay. Customers should know all shippers are able to contact citizenshipper to have reviews proved false removed. I know this because I contacted them after I read how Amanda and Hezee responded to my review and learned that I could not respond to them or upload proof of our text conversation. Amanda and Hezee chose not to have the review removed through proper channels and to attack my character in their response to the review because the review is true. I provided the text messages between Amanda and myself to citizenshipper and thus they have allowed me to add to my original review. Here is what I planned to respond with before I knew I was unable: I was charitable and did not attack you and assumed the best I could given the situation with my dog. I did not know you were meeting up with Hezee who also had dogs scheduled. Yes, I was told (at the time I booked) only Numa, and when you picked her up there were two pups in one crate and one other crate-4 dogs total. I made this clear in my review by using the qualifier ‘at that time’. However over the trip, this was not the case and because I asked questions, you had ample opportunities to explain yourself. The night I was coming to pick her up, you did stop at around 8pm (9pm yours), but you did not respond to my original text for another hour. It was 9 by me and 10 pm where you were (and we needed to exchange info). The following day you left at 7am and did not stop until 10:57 pm (to make sure I’m exact and not exaggerating). The following day you sent videos around 8am and you did not stop until 12:46am when you sent the final videos. So again, I was charitable as both of those were 16 and 17 hour days. These are time stamped in the texts. I did say you could give my dog a hot dog to get her to eat not feed her other dog’s food. What was said on the drop from you to Hezee was ‘o that must have been the one that spilled’, I assume referring to my dogs food. People attack character when they do not have a defense. The way you responded to me (and some others) on this review board speaks volumes…and now is shown to be false.
