Blue Haired Gal Elite Transport is the best person we could have chosen to transport our precious dog Sugar Bee 3,000 miles across the U.S. She treated our dog with so much care and consideration that all our worries were laid to rest on day one. She texted photos every day of our dog on her journey and let us know she was eating well and how often she was getting a walk. She even let our dog ride shot-gun when she felt the air conditioner wasn't keeping her cool enough in the back section of her car. We just love her and think of her as family now! My puppy was transported from NYC to SF in 6 days and seemed happy and safe throughout! The transportation team was really sweet and kind to my puppy and he seemed to really care for them. I would suggest 2 things to win the 5th star: 1) more regularly scheduled communications/texts with status updates (I always had to ask the team how my puppy was doing, when they initially communicated 'daily' updates); and 2) clearer ETA from the onset of the trip-- to this point, I never got even an estimate of when my pup would arrive (when I quoted from others I got more concrete estimates). Other than these two points of constructive feedback, super happy with the service and would book again!!

Dependable, on time and gave great care to my German Shepherd! I received photo every few hours and it was clear she was treated as a loving pet. Fantastic service, fantastic people! My trip was a nightmare (missed a flight, moved while I was pregnant, etc) but I had the knowledge that my kitties were happy and comfortable the whole time. J & K worked with us, readjusting for the changed delivery date, taking care of the cats when they weren't using the litter box, and kept us up to date the entire time. Can't recommend them enough and though I never want to move again, if I ever do, I'll do everything I can to book J & K!

Wow! Just wow! I have never needed a pet carrier before and was not sure what to expect. I haven’t heard from Sandra for three days. My puppy was suppose to be delivered to me on 8/14/21 and today is 8/15/21. Sandra did ask to pick my puppy up two days early which was Thursday 8/12/21, but this is the day Sandra decided to stop communicating with me. I did report an issue with citizen shipper, however I haven’t had any response from them either. Now I’m out a transporter, money, a puppy along with a detour in my schedule as my plans have change all thanks to Sandra. I do understand if she had an issue or didn’t want to transport, all she had to do was cancel and refund my money so I could pay someone else.

All of the reviews are true and Phelicia is a fantastic human. While my father was in the hospital fighting Covid , Phelicia brought me my dog from New York to Palm Beach. Phelicia was amazing. She was in constant communication with me from beginning to end and even came ahead of schedule. At first I booked a less expensive driver who cancelled within 24 hours as he was understaffed. Many of the drivers on this site are companies. She is very responsible individual who cares and I would recommend her to anyone looking. Worth the money.

Not trustworthy. I hired them over a month ago. In the days before the pick up was supposed to happen I reached out to verify everything. They didn’t show up on the scheduled day. Then came back with a bizarre and frankly unbelievable story and said they had to cancel or postpone. I’m not postponing because they aren’t being honest. Otherwise it wouldn’t be such a problem. If honest, adequate communication and reliability matter I wouldn’t recommend.

mark was very responsive & accommodating with the transport of my ten week old great dane puppy. we went back & forth with the transportation from her breeder in hollister, ca to shingle springs & the date for pick up changed a couple of times & we even cancelled at one point, but then the plan changed again. mark always responded to me promptly & was flexible about our changing dates & delivered my little girl to me in perfect shape & at precisely the time he projected. i would definitely use him again if i had the need.

I don't even know where to start. Summer was amazing and transported my daughters dog Tucker from Wisconsin to Florida. Summer kept in contact with both my daughter and her father the whole entire trip down by calling and sending pictures every few hours and to reassure a nervous fur mama that everything was going well on the trip. She is highly experienced in working with pets of all kinds. Summer is trustworthy and does what she promises she will do. She is a warm and kind person with a big heart and took very good care of Tucker. All the attributes you would want to have when a person is transporting your beloved pets.
