I was so extremely impressed with this transporter. Prior to booking, he went out of his way to answer my questions and to agreed to match my lowest bid. He promised he'd provide exceptional service, and he definitely delivered. After booking, the communication was great and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He took a lot of pictures along his journey with my puppy and provided them all to me. On top of that, he provided me with some items upon arrival to ensure my puppy had some things to help with the adjustment to a new home. I was so extremely impressed with this transporter. Prior to booking, they went out of their way to answer my questions and to work with me to provide a rate that worked with my budget. After booking, the communication was great and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Then, the driver drove over 13 hours straight to get my puppy here the same day even after I told them that wasn't necessary. On top of that, they provided a gift bag to me upon arrival to ensure my puppy had some things to help with the adjustment to a new home. I am so thankful for all they did, and would definitely recommend their services and hope to use them again in the future.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Door to Door Pet Delivery. Curtis and Nicole were fantastic with my two dogs. I was impressed with how quickly my reactive dog took to them and so happy to see my 75lb dog curled up next to Curtis in the front seat. Driver never fed the puppy it’s good on a 5 day trip !! Puppy arrived with Same bag the breeder sent with puppy...not a kibble missing from it. Never sent pictures of puppy throughout trip as promised & never reached out and let us know they were driving from Utah, Texas, Alabama and up east coast, a three day trip turned into 6! Then the drivers drove right by my house to north Boston for THEIR convenience to drop off other puppies, then came to us. Twice was told of incorrect dates of arrival and we took days off from work for her arrival. Terrible attitudes from driver once arrived, puppy with diarrhea & vomiting...shaking, scared to death...clearly traumatized from sitting in a dark cage without touch or walks or feeding !

It is very difficult to give a three star rating but I have to be very fair in my assessment. Brief breakdown: 5++++ Stars for communication- No doubt Tiffany is amazing at keeping in contact & providing pupdates along the way. I had GPS tracking the entire time. 3 Stars for care— my pup arrived a bit dirty and had a few sores. That said, he was to be transported with “no paws on the ground” meaning he could not leave his crate. It took about 7 days to transport. I believe if Tiff had additional (reliable) hands on deck from the start this would not have been an issue at all. 3 Stars for timing- Tiff did her absolute best to keep to a strict schedule. But there were times where folks flaked and she lost time(and money). Please understand that if you book they are running a business with live animals. You must be serious about your schedule so it doesn’t impact everyone else on the route. Be considerate and don’t be a flake. Know that your pup is not an Amazon package. There is no next day delivery cross country via ground transport. But that said, I do believe that the route and timing could have been a bit better based on the original delivery pick up and drop off dates quotes. The route taken was not the most efficient but, nonetheless, she arrived. Tiffany and Mama Tiff are amazing people who love animals. They’ve taken on a monster of a task transporting pups cross country. I genuinely believe they take on a bit too much but with a reliable team they’d would be a force to reckon with. That said, I’m thankful that my pup was transported safely across country.

We were 100% satisfied with the service from Pets in the Go! They were an awesome team. From the very beginning Jessica was constantly giving me updates and sent me some references to call and talk to and they all gave superb testimonials about the service they received. On the day of the pickup Jessica arrived with her 2 drivers Yazmin & Hector. They were a wonderful and kind team. Hector took almost 45 minutes to make sure our car was securely tied down on the flat-bed trailer. What was all the more comforting was that they knew how to drive a stick-shift :-). During the trip from San Diego to Florida they sent me pictures and updates every day. The car was dropped off in Florida in perfect condition. If you're reading please take my advice and look for another pet transport company and pay a bit more because in the end it will save you a ton of trouble. I should've taken my own advice but I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt since his pricing was the lowest and I wanted to save a bit of money but in the end in cost me a lot more. So long story short, after my dog was dropped by one of the driver's (Todd), which by the way was suppose to send pictures to give me updates on my dog. But instead I was the one who constantly had to contact him to get updates on my dog. Either way, these drivers are really terrible with their communication. Anyhow, after my dog was dropped off, my dog had to be rushed to the emergency room because she started spewing bloody stool all over my carpet in the house. When she was examined by the doctor they found large clumps of mulch in her stool which could have been the cause for her bleeding. After running multiple xrays and being given IV fluids from dehydration due to her having diarrhea, my dog fortunately was able to recover after several days. I notified Nini (the admin who schedules all the transport) about the situation. Keep in mind she was very difficult to reach initially when I had mentioned to her about my dog being taken to the ER...its as though she was deliberately trying to avoid me. After finally getting in contact with her and explaining what happened, she had the audacity to tell me the blood was probably from the woodchips they have covering the entire floor of their vehicle they use to transport the animals and that the woodchips were a red color. First off, its unprofessional to question what I saw first hand and secondly who are you to question the veterinarian. I then asked her what the company's policy is in handling this type of situation and her response was "we don't cover any medical cost". I don't think this is how a professional company would deal with this matter, especially since my dog was under their driver's care. After asking her if they would at least consider meeting me halfway with the cost to compromise with me, she told me to send them a copy of the billing statement and they would take it from there. So after about a week, I got the bill in the mail and of course if was a fairly heavy bill. I reached out to Nini and she gave me the email to Michael (company owner) which I forwarded the bill to. He did not respond back to me. I also called and texted him and left several messages and still he did not reach out to me. In the end, I had to bite the bullet on the bill. Please avoid the headaches and heartaches I had to endure and go find another transport company and pay the extra money because in the end you'll probably be a lot happier.

I cannot in good faith give a five star review. Although I CAN state the positives and negatives of this process with this company. Positives -extremely communicative and responsive -quick and easy to deal with -price is fair and lesser than most -saved me the very last minute when I needed to have my pup sent to Texas. -called me when my dog had diarrhea Negatives -was not aware of him being transported in a minivan (or maybe I was but I didn’t quite understand) -our driver was friendly but his minivan was dirty and filled to the brim with things -I would have liked more updates, 4 over the span of 4 days was not enough for me now looking back. -my Tyson came home SEVERELY dehydrated to the point of him needing some liters of fluids from the ER vet, he was lethargic (per dr) and there was not only diarrhea but blood in his stool. I want to clarify this could be just Tyson but he’s never had this before and it being the day after being dropped off gives me a sad feeling maybe he didn’t get enough water or breaks from his kennel. Overall, I WOULD recommend the company but I also WOULD request for more updates and proof of breaks to alleviate any thoughts or feelings about quality of care.
