Denise (BG's Pet Transport Services) was absolutely wonderful and amazing with my cats. All 3 of my cats went through a long journey from California to Chicago. Denise made sure that they were well-fed and gave them as much comfort as a long distance can be for them. She provided me updates of her location and pictures of the kitties along the way. Instead of keeping them in their individual tiny crates, Denise provided a large crate where the 3 of them can be together so it's more comforting for the ride. They arrived safe and sound! Additionally, Denise is just a great person to work with. Speedy, reliable, very friendly and understanding, and responds in lightening speed. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a long distance travel for your furry little friends!

The profile is listed as Tim M., this is an alias and the drivers license states Donald Thomas Wells. Did not receive updates without asking(but did return every text). Dog's location and route did not make sense during transit. Tim M. did not deliver the dog(supposedly a broken car), the secondary driver did not have commercial credentials. When Tim M was questioned about his route/timing etc he became very upset and threatened to return the dog to it's pick up location.

Gave great updates on my bunnies. Only thing I seen was when the boys pulled up the windows were down and the rabbits were panting because they were very hot. Not sure if they had ever transported rabbits or not but English angoras have very thick hot fur. Mary wasn't with them I believe it was her son and his friend who actually transported them.

Great Experience! I received several quotes from different transport companies. David beat all quotes I received by far. I will say I was a little nervous being that the quote was $200 less than the best quote I received. “Ya know the saying you get what you pay for lol.” All we knew was we needed to get my sons car shipped to college safely and we needed to save a bit because of tuition fees of course. David was quick to respond to every message on citizenshipper. David was very kind and caring. We booked and he drove from Clearwater the same day we book in just a few hours. David took pictures of the vehicle to assure there would be no damages. He promised delivery for a Saturday he delivered a day earlier. My family and I was very pleased. Amazing amazing million star duo!!! After a suggestion to try Citizenshipper Alex was one of a half dozen who replied. Right from the get go he offered me information on how it worked, answered my questions regardless of getting the shipment. We talked about previous failed transportations including lack of communication, excessive animals in transport vehicle, door to door service not a shady meeting in random place, transparent with route, how to follow them on iPhone as to location, what they would do to help make dogs trip as stress free as possible which meant more than I can say. We were well informed every morning and evening, along with quick photo and other updates to potty breaks and such. Alex and Alecia absolutely exceeded our expectations , would I recommend them WITHOUT A MOMENTS HESITATION. Will I use them in future YES.
