Frank is a gem!!! Buying a puppy and shipping her across the country was super stressful at times but I knew as soon as she was in Frank's hands everything would be okay. He picked her up from the breeder, took care of her over night (even gave her a bath after she got sick) and brought her safely all the way to Colorado from the East coast. He treated her with utmost care and love, made sure she was safe and fed and cuddled her throughout the flight. I can't imagine a warmer or more competent person for the job. He sent lots of pictures and kept us updated every step of the way. If I could give six stars I would! Thank you for bringing our baby home for Christmas!

I had a good feeling about Juanita from the start. She kept me very well informed about her transport plans even before she picked up my puppy. After she picked up my puppy, the breeder contacted me and said that the good feeling I had about Juanita was right! She said my pup went right to her and was listening to her and the breeder could tell she was an animal lover. My pup loved Juanita. The breeder told me that a man came before Juanita to pick up another puppy and that puppy wouldn’t go to him. I think that my puppy liking Juanita from the start says a lot about the wonderful hands my puppy was in. Dogs can sense things about people. Juanita kept me informed along the way. I noticed she would never text me while driving but only when she stopped. This was great because it kept my puppy safer on the trip. I appreciated that she drove right to us so my puppy was not on the road long. My puppy was supposed to arrive on Tuesday night but there was a little miscommunication about how long the drive would take. She didn’t arrive until Wednesday morning which was fine with me. I was so impressed that Juanita drove through the whole night to get the puppy home ASAP. She felt bad that she wasn’t arriving Tuesday night but I was fine with that. I kept telling Juanita to stop for the night and sleep but she wanted to fulfill the transport closest to the planned time as possible. That was wonderful and so thoughtful of her. We would have Juanita transport for us again for sure!

There are no words that would adequately describe how perfectly satisfied we were with the services from See Spot Ride from start to finish. My husband and I were looking for someone to transport our brand new boxer puppy from Nicholls, GA to Greenville, NH. We came upon See Spot Ride and after speaking with Riley decided that he was the driver for us. Riley promtly contacted us, provided photos of his brand new transport vehicle, and dog CPR certificate along with answering any questions that we had. Once he picked up our puppy he immediately called us to let us know how adorable the puppy was and that they were starting their trip. Throughout the 2 days Riley keep us posted with pictures of the puppy and their current location along with little updates/stories of the pup. I honestly was never nervous or worried how the trip was going because Riley kept the communication lines completely open. Once the trip was over and we all met face to face, Riley was super friendly and so very respectful. The puppy was delivered safe, clean and happy. I couldn't ask for more. When it was time to say goodbye Riley kissed the puppy on his head.....that right there was the icing on the cake for us. The love he has for the animals he is transporting speaks volumes. When I called our breeder to let her know the puppy was here and safe she glowed and raved about how wonderful she thought Riley was as well. She has met many different drivers and said that he is a man that she would call for her own use. That too shows what a wonderful gentleman Riley is. Steve met and exceeded all of my expectations in transporting our family's 6 month Bernadoodle from Austin, Texas, to Los Angeles, California. He was flexible when I needed to change pick up location last minute and he was incredibly professional. His vehicle set up is perfect for animals (he had three large crates securely set up in the back of his large, air-conditioned vehicle). I was very nervous about trusting our pup with someone and will never think twice about it again if I can get on Steven's route. Honestly it was such a great experience in that he is so professional (his military background is evident) and doesn’t make logistics your problem—he takes care of everything. My trip was really complicated and I changed the plan several times.... he adjusted on the fly. He drive through a blizzard and drive 10 hour days with my dogs. My dogs were super happy as well. I only wish Shawn could have my furniture too but that’s a different story. :) -rob p

She NEVER showed up to get my puppy. Her fee was $350 to transport my puppy to NC. She stated that she needed half upfront ($175) the day before her travel as a deposit to assist with travel cost. I paid her the $175 through Zelle. The name she gave was Tiffany as her contact info. She stated that she would pick my puppy up on Thursday. Thursday came, I waited but never heard from her so I texted her personal cell at 4:25pm. I got no response. I texted her again at 5:33pm. I got no response. I texted again at 6:30pm, still got no response. I also attempted to contact her on this site. She still has not responded. It is now Friday. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DRIVER!!!
