She took our Sheltie from Michigan to Florida and did so in less than 24 hours all the while taking great care to ensure that our dog was well fed, given proper relief breaks and making sure he was comfortable for the long trip. Flight Nanny J, I don’t think I could ever tell you how much it meant to me, to know my puppy was in safe hands his last leg of his journey. She is the perfect guardian angel. From the very beginning she communicated with me every step everyday. She took all my stress away with all the pictures and FaceTimes and updates. Even when flights didn’t work out she just took care of it! I had no idea someone could be so kind and loving. Your dog will never go thirsty or hungry or without cuddles. She flew to Chicago to meet my puppy who just flew in from Dublin, she cleaned him up as soon as she got to him (you can imagine what he might have looked like after hours of being in a crate). I mean I can’t ever thank her enough for easing my heart and loving my puppy. Flight Nanny J if I ever needed a flight nanny again I wouldn’t hesitate to ask you for your services again. Just WOW! They are amazing and such a godsend. They took my little Leela across the country (literally!) and treated her like she was their own. They gave regular updates, and provided her with entertainment, snugs, and love the entire way. They arrived sooner than expected (which was amazing!) and they were sorry to see Leela leave, which made me feel like they really cared. I would 100% book with them again if I ever had to. Buddy had a tough week the week before traveling. He’d been a passenger in a car accident, he’d run from the scene, was recovered by animal control, and had a round at the emergency vet. I was hesitant to have a pet driven from Mississippi to Maine but I booked it with Kane Pet Shippers. Dennis was a delight. He is kind and very thoughtful. Overall my experience with citizenshipper and the people on here including drivers and customer service has been some of the worst I’ve experienced from a company. This particular driver didn’t have a plan to separate the dogs he was transporting in case they didn’t get along. Obviously we all would like to think our dogs get along with others when in general they do, but being shoved into the back section of a car with a strange dog and strange person doesn’t encourage warm and fuzzy feelings. I had offered a crate to which it was refused so I shipped it and upon arrival and the dogs not liking each other the driver didn’t have any back up plan on how to keep everyone safe and asked me for a crate!?! I refused to send my dog with him so there wouldn’t be any injuries, now I’m fighting with this company to try and get my refund. I wouldn’t use this company ever again.

ALA Pet Transport is experienced and was able to be my eyes once she picked up my puppy. She looked her over to make sure she was healthy. Helped me as the middle man for payment of my puppy. I wasn't going to send until she was there and saw the puppy. She was who I needed because I don't know as much as her.

They took my great dane from Clarksville TN to Seattle airport. They did a really good job and keep you very well informed along the trip. They did show up 45 mins late on original pick up date. This did not effect the overall experience or the overall time line. My dogs kennel did not fit in there car, so they got a pull behind Uhaul to put it in and they also got him all kinds of extra treats, toys, blankets and even a dog bed for him. They made delivery on time and with my happy pup. They did an outstanding job and couldn't really ask for anything better. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We met Janet when we booked her through Citizen Shippers. We had a handsome little dachshund guy in Kentucky that needed a ride to our home in northern Indiana. Janet was amazing!!! From the day that we booked her, she was easy to communicate with, quick to respond, super friendly and polite and professional. Our puppy arrived clean and happy and when she took him from his carrier in her back seat, she kissed him and his tail started wagging. He was clearly in love with her which proved to me the excellent care she gave him on their 7 hour drive together. I never leave bad reviews, but I can't let this go. I am unhappy with my experience and decided to cancel my trip with this company. I worked on scheduling my dog's trip well in advance and communicated consistently. However, the lack of responses, despite multiple attempts to generate a response as politely as possible, left me skeptical about this company. I can't speak to their work, but their responsiveness to basic questions was poor and didn't leave me comfortable to send my dog with them. Less than a week out, I canelled and had to make other arrangements last minute because I lost faith in this company. I am pissed about the 100$ booking fee but its better than paying the full price only to have the service fall through. I'll never use citizenshiper or book here again. Felicia Rodriguez

I really couldn’t be happier with Tim’s service. I was met with so much patience and kindness that I felt lucky to have met him. He transported my 65 lb half Doberman half Great Pyrenees from Fresno ca to englewood co. He arrived when he said he would. Was understanding and patient with introducing himself and his dog to my dog. Allowed my dog time to check out and acclimate to his rv. And was willing to do whatever my dog needed to help her feel ok. When they took off my dog was sitting shotgun and he was petting her. And she looked better than expected. She is a very shy dog and gets nervous easily. Once he left I had a gps tracker and could see where they were located at all times. Meanwhile Tim gave me updates on her status and pictures to go with it. He was in contact with the receiving end of my dog and kept them up to date with current estimated time of arrival. And managed to get to Colorado much sooner than I expected. Like I said. Feel lucky to find this guy. Service was excellent.

We received regular updates and pictures. There is NOTHING they could have done better. I can't speak highly enough of the service we received it was purrrrfect!!!!

This company is fantastic to work with. We had a series of obstacles come up and they took care of everything and were polite and professional throughout the entire thing. They could have easily cancelled on us for the problems that were 100% not their fault or their problem but they did not. They kindly rescheduled us 3 times!! I would highly recommend them and would gladly use them again in the future.
