Eterna was amazing from beginning to end. My pup was about 4 to 4.5 hours away from the Denver airport and Eterna found and booked another driver to pick up the pup and drive him to the airport. She was very responsive and upfront with the whole process. I felt at ease talking with her about the process. Eterna created a group chat where I was able to communicate and get updates from both the driver to the airport and herself on the flight. There was a slight hiccup with the flight and my puppies age but Eterna was again upfront and handled the issue without hesitation. I would highly recommend her when looking for a pet travel service.
