10 Stars! I cannot express how grateful we are. Melody/Marie was awesome. She sent us pictures and text messages throughout our kittens long journey. She also supplied us with her tracker info so we knew where they were every step of the way. She took such good care of our kitten, she had her own supplies of food, litter, carrier etc. and everything needed to ensure a safe and happy trip! Sabrina is a miracle worker! She and her son transported our 10 week old puppy (at that time) from PA to CA. On the first day, our puppy seemed to have barked 16-18 hours straight, but Sabrina was very confident and comforted me by saying the puppy will be trained by the time they arrive. Omg, she truly meant it. Sabrina was very communicative and sent pictures with tips on how to handle a puppy. When they arrived, I was blown away with how calm our puppy was! I cannot say enough about Jessica. The pup came from Oregon to Texas via, plane,Uber, and everything else. Covid caused plane cancelations and more planning. Jessica handled everything effortlessly before, during and after. I was skeptical about just anyone picking up my puppy and bringing her to me. However, Pawsitive Transporters, were professional, black womenowned, and a very credible company. (Background checked and pet insurance) On the day of the pick up and drop off I had all of the information, they were prompt, transparent, and I received multiple puppy pictures along the way. I mostly loved that I got to keep all of the paperwork that they received. (Recent vaccinations and vet certificate) I may be content with our new fur baby but I would highly recommend their services! I almost forgot to mention our gift bag we received for our new puppy.

This was a trip from PA to GA for our newest family member Coco the English Bulldog. I accepted this offer from Shawn who's bio I read and completely trusted. We were kind of surprised to find out it was his brother doing the trip. We got over it because Shawn trusts him. He was about 30 minutes late to pick her up which wasn't so bad since he did notify us when his eta changed to pick her up. I got a picture when they left taken and sent by the breeder not him. He sent a picture first thing in the morning on delivery day. I became concerned about his eta to the destination changing from 245pm -545pm to 11pm. Any normal person doesn't let a stranger into their house at 11pm, and. I could not figure out how 6 hours was added on to the trip. So l asked where he was and for a video of Coco. Now that I'm suspicious about the 6 hour delay I wanted a video. He told me that he had already stopped for gas he would do it the next time he stopped and needed gas. I never got the video or a photo after asking for it which had me a nervous wreck until they arrived. Several more hours go by and he says his eta is 630pm now. I sent him a picture of my house, and at 635pm they arrived. I want to give them five stars for the simple fact that she arrived healthy and happy, but I worried for hours because I never got a video. I found her on Facebook and 8 out of 10 bulldog ads are a scam for your money. It says in their bio a picture or video each time they stop which is one reason I picked them. I would use them again because I think that they a reputable enough to fix this problem so that it doesn't happen again.

Stay away of this driver!! After 2 days never delivery my cats in Houston and ask all the time for money we gave her $250 in advance, and give us a lot of excuses, no gas, flat tire.... At the end we need to find a friend to pick up our cats in Stuard Florida while we arrive, and we are driving from Houston to pick up our cats. The cherry on top her plate is experired!!!! We could not have been happier with the service provided by Bill. Everything went exactly as planned and he is one of the nicest people we have ever met. Berkley our 19 year old dog was treated like one of his own. We needed to get him back from North Carolina to New York, and didn't feel comfortable putting him in cargo on a plane. Candace and Adam were wonderful, and I would give them 6 stars if possible. They were very thorough with checking all the little details they needed to know about Queenie before they even left with her. They had GPS and sent me photos of her along the way, and telling me how she was doing, and how she was handling the trip. She was obviously very well taken care of, because when they got ready to leave her with me, she really wanted to go with them. They let me know of all the little preferences she had along the way, and that at first big trucks scared her when they went by. They just held her and reassured her, and by the time she got here trucks didn't bother her at all. I would not hesitate to use her again, and I recommend her highly. Although a bit pricey for me, I felt the service was everything they said it would be. Tall Paul gets a ZERO rating from me, but I cannot submit this terrible review on him without giving him a star - he was scheduled to pick up our puppy from the breeder TODAY around 5 or 6 pm and he confirmed this with the breeder - today, the day of pickup with my kids eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new puppy, Tall Paul texts me in a strange way that he cannot get to us until between 10 pm and midnight - well this is a three hour trip so his math did not add up - where was he going in between picking up the puppy and heading south to deliver the puppy - who knows but he immediately got defensive and aggressive upon me questioning him - red flags and signs of a problem with his story - I would not wish his customer service skills on anyone!!! Not worth using someone who is full of crap and play around with such precious cargo!!!

Wow not only am I thankful for the great price Gator gave me to ship my babies but I’m just very satisfied overall with their care and attention to detail for my babies. Even when I don’t ask for an update they are constantly sending me feedback as well as GPS location. The crate in which they traveled is very comfy and spacious that my dogs can stretch fully and still have extra space to move. If I could give no stars I would. He was supposed to deliver my two cats safely from New York to California on December 9. Upon delivery he realized he lost my little girl kitty on his last stop two hours away cause he had them in a faulty cage and didn’t have the cage covered as he should have when transporting cats. My little angel went from a safe warm home to lost 2,500 miles away somewhere in Palmdale California and I don’t know if she’s dead or alive. She is chipped but I still I haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve been out there several times searching for her and nothing. I thought I was keeping them safe by transporting them by car but this has been my worst nightmare not knowing what my kitty is suffering through or what she was going through during that transport for her to have escaped. She was a very quiet and calm cat. I am beyond devastated and heartbroken and the joy I had in moving to a new place and the holiday coming have been destroyed and I will live with this till the day I die that I chose a transporter that was careless and my little girl was lost in a not so desirable place. I can’t sleep and can’t stop thinking about her. Although to some this may be just another cat- she was my little girl- one of my kids who I hold dearly with my life and this transporter became my worst nightmare. I would never post to hurt someone’s livelihood but these are lives and people’s hearts your dealing with and there is NO EXCUSE for what’s happened here!
