Jon is amazing!! We highly recommend anyone to use Jon to connect with your new fur baby! He sent us pictures and videos of our little man along the way. Coda was just 8 weeks old (miniature dachshund) so very tiny and Jon was sweet and gentle with him. The seller forgot to send food with Coda and Jon was prepared with extra to feed Coda throughout his trip. Coda traveled from Charleston SC to the PA/NY line. I had initially posted my ads separately and she not only took on the shipping of my precious cargo, did all the lifting, took care of my amazing puppy but allowed me to come along. This was huge because my charlie can be a bit sensitive and I was concerned. The ride to Colorado was nice and relaxing. Good people, good tunes. I cant say how much I appreciate the care she took with my dog because i know many people dont care for pitbulls. I wish i could share a picture i took 10 mins in but the smile is awesome. Upon contracting Mandi and Chelsey to bring home our 8 week old, 1.5 lb puppy the communication was easy yet professional. They worked with us and the Breeder to arraign the flights, drop off and pick up times. During the actual transit time Chelsea kept us informed of delays, flight times and sent numerous pictures of our precious pup. Though she encountered a lengthy delay, she kept the pup warm, and happy. They arrived 12 hours after drop off, all well for the wear. Puppy was happy and healthy, no signs of stress. Between the puppy's young age and COVID these two young ladies were the perfect solution for us getting our pup to RI. Would highly recommend them, and would use them again. Steve was good to deal with overall. His communication could have been better in the early stages but once he knew his pickup date his communications were very good, and similarly with the delivery end. He was very pleasant when we spoke and very courteous and careful packing up and loading my shipment. The delivery arrived in the timeframe he'd indicated to me upon pickup and all was in fine order on the delivery end. Steve's a good guy making a living moving other peoples stuff around the country for very reasonable fees - kudos for that.

I’ll admit I was nervous at first to be someone’s first trip, but from the start Xavier was so incredibly professional and on top of everything. As soon as we started to discuss the details of the trip I knew that my dog was going to be in amazing hands. There was excellent communication and Xavier really went out of his way to make sure that my pup was so comfortable and happy!! Up until the day of the delivery she did really well, but once the delivery began she had a delay which I had absolutely no problem with and I understood, and then once she picked them up she told our breeder she had no stops and she even let me know that she didn't have any planned stops in between pick up and drop off. After 4 and a half hours (how long the trip was supposed to take) She told me that she was still ten minutes away from where she picked them up!! SHE HAD WENT HOME FOR $ HOURS WITH MY BABIES!!! I did not know where she was until she told me she would be another 4 and a half hours! So a 4 hour trip took her close to 11 hours!! She did not inform me of where my babies where, if she left them in the car or not, or that she would be late till the time she was supposed to be dropping them off!! Once she dropped them off she lied to me and told me that she told my deliverer that there would be stops when my deliverer clearly stated that she said there would be not! While she had them for 8+ hours she told me she had not given them any water at all! I am absolutely horrified with how she handled her business with me. I would not recommend this deliverer to anyone who gives a damn about their pets. She has no thought for other people and has no problem letting your pet go without water for hours at a time!

Our 9 week old puppy came to us in Maine from Georgia with A Couple of Paws. I was hoping for better communication. Where do I begin? This was my first time using a shipping service and the first two times I booked a driver they canceled so when angel bid I begged her to please not let me down. This gentleman started off as though he’s been delivering for a while. I did some research and he certainly has, just not pets. when I asked for his ID he gave me an I’d with the name Anthony on it. The day of pickup around 4pm he Accidentally texts “leaving Kansas City tomorrow “ and we all get a bit alarmed because we aren’t sure why he’s be leaving KC the day of the pickup at LAX. Well that’s when he let us know he was not Anthony, he’s Rick. Red flags everywhere but it was two hours before the pickup. Then his communication slows down... up until he says something like how’s waiting at customs for the pup. Even though he promised pics and updates we kept having to contact him. Well his communication dwindled out, he then sends a picture of a randomn dog in a house (not in an airport or crate or van) that was not ours and literally stopped answering our phone calls for 13 hours. We got every states police department on alert including private investigators hired. Customs said Anthony Zapata picked the dog up and that is the last we heard. After about the 14th hour we let Rick and His Bbrother know they had 1hour to let us know where our dog was. Rick then texts us to let us know he didn’t know where his brother was and hadn’t heard from him. But was that a reason to go silent for 12 hours? I changed my star rating to two because once the cops were on Rick’s heel then he seemed very apologetic. He offered my deposit back once we found his brother. I was meet the brother and we have our dog bag. Communication is extremely important and they completely ignored that, even refusing to update the group chat with info. The whole thing makes the hair stand up on my skin. Please be very very careful to research and check who your hired

When I met him he was personable and very accommodating. I felt confident he would deliver my item (which was a large, heavy dresser) to my client. He kept me posted via text, phone call, and GPS tracker via an app the entire trip (~1,300 miles) I was extremely pleased with his prompt and successful delivery.
