STOP LOOKING AT ESTIMATES AND PICK THEM!!!!!! I moved here back to VA after a divorce, and was missing my dog, my baby, so so much. My Uncle told me about dog shippers, and I came upon this website. I chose Jarod and Celeste, and I am SO GLAD that I did! The first most important thing for me was that she was the only one in the car. She had the whole car to herself, completely spoiled and relaxed, which I think is very important. Pay extra to have your fur baby spoiled and alone in the car with Jarod or Celeste, (no they don't need to be crated for safety). Jarod texted and called me and sent videos and pictures with every single potty break, every meal, every drink of water, every walk, every hotel, mile by mile, GPS non stop. Not only that, but he got her across the entire country in 3.5 days!! You will know exactly what's going on every minute. Oh and did I mention that he gets hotel rooms with two beds so your fur baby has her own? He also asked me in advance if he could give her various treats, then videod her eating them. This couple are amazing, truly an unbelievably stress free event. She's safe with me now, spoiled, hydrated, fed, and looking good. CHOOSE THEM! Thank you Jarod and Celeste! Brandon did an amazing job! We needed help moving our Rottweiler from California to Georgia and we decided to go with Davis Reliable Transport. Before they left he took the time to let Delta get to know him and get comfortable. Brandon went above and beyond making sure Delta was well cared for and comforted along the long car ride. I got into contact with Rayden's Runners because they were very close to my current location. They agreed to take a cat to Virginia (over 1200 miles) at a very low fee. Within a couple of hours of taking the bid, I was contacted by a member of the local humane society that was willing to take in the abandoned cat to get spayed before heat, and then adopted. Both I and the recipient are broke college students, and really didn't have the funds to do this all ourselves, so I cancelled. This driver immediately ignored any inconvenience to themselves, and started alerting me to any cancellation fees I might face. They understood my position, and the needs of the poor animal, and helped me work things out with CC. Great people! Highly recommend just for their friendliness and understanding!

Ann and Alan transported from LA to Houston a dog I was adopting from South Korea. It's not easy to take care of a dog right after a 12-hour flight, and especially when the dog is super shy (e.g., won't come out of the crate). But Ann and Alan heroically rose to the occasion and made it comfortable for the dog so that he could go potty and walks, and by the end of it, my dog bonded with them so much that I'm pretty sure that he thought they were his caretakers! Ann and Alan even helped me after they dropped off my dog, as I was having trouble getting him to come out of the crate, and the strategy Ann and Alan used and gave me worked super well. Third times the charm. Bryan was a lifesaver for bringing home my Havanese puppy as an emergency plea after two failed attempts with other people. With the post added before Thanksgiving, I was resigned to meeting my puppy after the holiday weekend. Insert Bryan. He offered to accept the job that very night or as early as 9 am the next day. He phoned me as soon as the transaction was secure and allayed any fear regarding his person and even his car maintenance. We discussed payment and the requests I had with the transport. Bryan even offered to buy specific water for her, in case I had any requests. When morning came, Bryan texted as soon as he left for the breeder as well as purchased new bowls due to not wishing there to be any contamination. He provided ample photographs along the journey as well as screen shared his location with me at all times. He went above and beyond my expectations for the transport. I booked a move with this driver who lives in Tampa, FL. She was supposed to show up at 10am at the location in Fort Lauderdale, FL. At 9:40am she texts me to tell me that she isn't going to be able to make it to Fort Lauderdale that day because her car is in the shop. It's a 4 hour drive and she sent a text 20 minutes before she was supposed to be there? Not acceptable. She apologized and said she'd take $50 off the price. So I agreed to give her a second chance. Then the hurricane happened in Fort Lauderdale and I told her it could wait another week if she didn't feel safe driving down there. Then when I followed up, she said she was happy to go pick it up! And the very next day, she told me that her husband had been exposed to COVID-19 and she thought I should find someone else to take my shipment. She had three chances to pick it up and flaked on all three. And when I contacted they website about it they refunded my money, but didn't get me a new shipper like their guarantee says. Very disappointed.
