I never write reviews but I had to after my experience. This was the first time I have used a transporter to move my pets cross country. I am active duty military and we have traveled a lot the passed few years but with our newborn we decided it would be safer to fly from California to Maryland and since most airlines do not ship big dogs this was our best option. Crystal was absolutely amazing, she made sure the schedule was clear and concise which is very important to me. Although her ride was a little snowy, she made sure my 80 lb fur babies were safe. I will definitely be booking again our next cross country move.

I will start by saying that I had arranged with these people for a pick up from a Breeder that was very persistent about having the dogs I was buying picked up on a certain day or she was going to have to sell them. These people told me that there would be no issue so we chose to use them. I would send multiple text and calls with no response for long periods of time if there was even a response trying to make sure the day before that everything was good to go. The day that the Day the pups were to be picked up we followed the GPS tracking and seen that the driver was no where near where she was suppose to pick up so again we finally got a response that she was lost and could not pick up that day but would pick up by 5am the following morning. Fortunately the Breeder was okay with that so we waited for the two hour window text that driver was supposed to send letting us know she was on her way... instead at 5:30 am we received a text saying that it started snowing now and that she was not picking up once again but would pick up days later!! Really people?? I’m so thankful for my Breeder as she once again worked with us to find another transport service and my pups are FINALLY on their way home!! Would I recommend them? Absolutely not! Oh... and let my add that the Breeder also has other pick ups coming from the same direction that she was SUPPOSED to be coming from and has no issues picking up!

He transported my pet from Tampa, Florida to Las Vegas, Nevada. He used to send me pictures and location frequently and call/text me to give updates. If you are one, you know what I mean - she cares about pets, realizes they are your babies and that it can be hard to trust someone else with their care, especially on a long trip. Crystal is great about communicating, you know your pet's location all the time, she sends photos or a short video so you can see them each day. I would absolutely send any of my pets with her for another cross-country move, and would recommend her to my family and friends.
