Wow! What amazing service was provided for the delivery of our puppy! We did not have an answer if we were going to definitely be getting the puppy until last minute and The 166’s were able to put the trip together last minute for us and without even a second thought. This was my first time transporting a pup with someone I don’t know. Superior pet transport (SPT) specifically Regina was awesome. She sent pictures of my baby girl, communicated with me throughout. Especially ANYA just nine weeks, 4 pound and a nervous traveler, I was very concerned about transportation. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of using Regina. Regina pick her up the night before travel, since it was an early morning flight from New York City to Colorado, kept in touch regularly to ensure of my babie’s comfort and safety. She was very conscious of my feelings as she ensures me my baby was happy and safe. Even though ANYA is a nervous traveler when I pick her up at the airport she seems very happy, very relaxed. I appreciate that Regina verify my information before she did the exchange, she even went as far as introducing the pup back to me before she let me take her, I appreciated that because the transition could’ve been traumatic. Overall, she was very professional and I’m very happy With the experience. Days after the exchange she called me to see how was ANYA doing and provided me with some additional advice for her. I pushed the delivery date back, and followed up with him, again, he said it would be fine. I should not have trusted him, I know. But then he stopped responding at all, even though he was reading my messages. He never again replied, never called or texted and my whole delivery to get a family heirloom fixed before Christmas was a disaster. Terrible customer service, no responsibility, no follow through... awful.

Seriously Serena is heaven sent!! I had a rush transfer needed once I found out I would be deploying in less than a week. She was able to work out a plan with me to get my baby to Jacksonville, Florida from Virginia with ease. Her communication was spot on and she sent me updates and photos along the way. I was very specific when I posted what I needed and she said yes & bid then Failed at every turn. over 6 no shows & she was picking the date/times. -100 is her score . She is a BAD courier , horrible . My Husband has traveled all over the US hauling freight I know logistics , And she changed the days & times over 6 times and never voluntarily told me. I had to email, text & call to find out she wasnt coming . & she QUIT without notice ! Deerview never even came into my state when ( date/time ) she was suppose to be at my home picking up she was 6 hours away / again no call no show, I had to call her . then when asked to call customer to tell him she quit instead . left 3 families in a mess .
