We entrusted him to take my 86 year old Mom's terrier companion to New Mexico and 'Charlie' loved his time by the look of the pictures! Robert shared his location with us as he traveled, kept us updated with pictures and info and showed what a wonderful animal guy he (and his wife) are. Tall Paul was great. Despite an unexpected delay he managed to still deliver our new fur baby and stayed in contact the entire time sending pictures of his entire journey from start (prior to pick up) to finish. His round trip journey was close to 18 hours. When he arrived at our home with our 8wk old bernedoodle it was 3:30am, and we were asleep and missed his text and call. Luckily we saw it shortly after and he was patiently waiting in our driveway as he didn’t want to ring the doorbell to disturb the kids. He was truly great and I’m glad we got to work with him. Even after he left the breeders in Ohio, they messaged me and also said he was great friendly and that our pup immediately took a liking to him. Thanks again.

My best friend, my schnauzer mix, for many years passed a couple months ago. I realized I couldn't live without a schnauzer in my life so I started searching for my best friend on Petfinder and Adopt-a-Pet. I live in Brookings, Oregon and I found Misty at the Lancaster Animal Shelter in California. She looked so much like my first schnauzer mix. I emailed the shelter and they said I had to come to the shelter and adopt her. I asked myself how am I going to do this because that wasn't an option. We had Sophie stay with a friend because we couldn’t fly her (she didn’t reach the height requirement) so we looked at transportation with citizen shipper and we were truly happy with everything!
