I was skeptical at first because this was my first time using a site like this and a lot of people were saying I should find a more experienced shipper with reviews. I decided to go with my gut instead... Jasmine and her mom strived to go above and beyond when taking care of my pup and surpassed my expectations. My pup has been a handful for me since I got him back and it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet so I know he gave her a run for her money! Everyday she sent pictures and didn’t change the way she cared for him. They treat you and your animal as if they’ve known you forever, and they are truly dedicated to sticking to what they mean. They are reasonable, beat any other bidders price (others weren’t even close), and she even shared her location and kept me updated constantly. Rebecca and Ruth transported my two 15 lb terrier mix dogs from AZ to NY in December, and during a pandemic! They made the initial pick up experience comfortable for my girls and me. They sent pictures and updates along the way of our dog and we were able to track their progress with an app. The owner has her own set of dogs and cats, so she knows how to treat animals and they treat your dog like family. They drive straight through and use two drivers. I live out of state and was able to coordinate a pick up and drop off. Sanderson provided clear communication every step of the way. I love that we were able to track our dog’s progress across the country. They drove our dog from San Jose CA to Upstate New York in three days! The price was more than fair. Dawn S was responsive to messaging her on the website. She answered all the questions I had and provided a bit about her pets, which made me feel more comfortable. The GPS app they use is AWESOME, I could see exactly where my pup was at anytime of the day. Same day delivery, it was like Uber for Pets! The only thing surprise was that Dawn did not make the trip, Duane drove by himself. Which, in the end, was fine but I was expecting her since we talked about how I was happy she had so much trucking experience/etc. Duane was prompt, polite and cordial. Everything went well and our pup was not stressed when he got here, he was crated during the drive (safety first!), give snacks and water, they even stopped a few times for potty breaks (in an 8 hour trip). I would recommend Dawn and Duane!

From the first moment I connected with Fur Baby Transport, I knew our new puppy would be in good hands! We had a last minute issue with our puppy being delivered and they made arrangements in less then 24 hours to get her to us!
