There was just one incident where she did not inform us she was stopping at a hotel overnight instead of driving straight through, which caused us panic but it got sorted out the day after. Steve called me many times and was transparent along the way. I did ask for photos during the trip but didn't get any but I think because he was focused on getting our pup to us in a timely manner. Had a fantastic experience my first time using Citizen Shipper!! I posted an ad looking for help getting a senior rescue dog (Cooper!!) from Los Angeles to Spokane before Christmas last week. Within minutes Jasmine reached out to let me know she was in the desert area of California and could swing by that day to pick him up, as she was already heading up to the PNW! She even gave me a discounted rate as she was heading that way anyway! It was literally like calling an uber for our sweet foster senior! I had Mark from k9 lives transport drive my sons dog from Florida to north jersey recently! It was an absolutely amazing experience! Mark was so professional and while I was very nervous trusting my grandpuppy to someone I didn’t know, Mark was wonderful! He had a nice crate with comfy mattress for Darby and he even took pictures of him on his road trip! He arrived in jersey the next morning! I was very scared and hesitant to use citizenshipper in general but I’m so glad I did and I’m so glad I picked Brad! Everything turned out amazing and I was blown away by Brad’s professionalism. I booked a last minute high mileage trip for my 2, 50lb dogs (American Bulldog, German Shepherd).
