Beth was an exceptional air nanny. She is an experienced flight attendant .... she took care of all the arrangements and she took pictures and videos of the trip. We had an unexpected delay due to bad weather, Beth managed all the rescheduling... all I had to do was show up at the airport to pick up my fur baby. So I decided to fly my family into NC where we have a log cabin in the woods...everything was going perfectly...My wife and I were flying in from Scottsdale AZ, i was flying my college kids in from Orlando and was looking forward to a long week with the family...and that is when the wheels fell off... Literally every part of our travels became a Clark Griswald "Vacation" movie except for one: DeShazo Transport picked up my third child (also known as Rocky)... I lost my wallet before I flew, had no ID, no credit cards and went through hell at the airports ... But Andrea was terrific picking up my baby boy and sent pictures and locations and literally we arrived at the pick up spot within 2 minutes of each other... he was happy , not crated, and taken care of for 8 hours .... eventually all my travel problems worked themselves out but DeShazo Transport was the highlight and I would not hesitate to use them again...Rocky seemed happy being on the road with them which made us happy! Thanks again and will DEFINITELY use them again
