Fredo was an absolute godsend! We needed to get our pup Vinny across the country, but the thought of sending him off alone, afraid, and confused was breaking our hearts. Then, we came across citizenshipper and found Fredo who offered us the option of having Vinny ride alongside him... like a true road trip! Vinny spent half the time passed out on Fredo’s lap and the other half sprawled out on a nice cushy dog bed in the passenger seat. We received constant updates, videos, and pictures of our Vinny boy and were never once worried or concerned about how things we’re going. Vinny received so much love and even some treats provided by Fredo along the way! We really could not have asked for a better experience and I think Vinny would say the same. Thank you again Fredo! Would highly recommend!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS YOUTH! Extremely unprofessional and rude. Took $170 off me as deposits. After reconfirming the pick up just two days previously, he was a no show. His mobile went directly to voicemail, his office number went unanswered and to voice mail. Emails ignored. Messages sent to hot here, on the phones, and on FaceBook were ignored. The final red flag is when I commented on his FaceBook page for the 'company' asking what was happening (3 hours after the scheduled pick up) he immediately deleted my comment and blocked me from being able to make any more comments. Demonstrating that he was aware that I was trying to get hold of hi, but actively avoiding me. This all cause a lot of stress for myself and three clients, and cost us all a lot of money to resolve the situation at such short notice. He still has not contacted me and I will; be seeking legal advice on claiming costs back off him. He is at best completely useless and irresponsible, at the worst - a cheap con man!

Magan (Joy) was EXCEPTIONAL! She delivered our new fur baby from Ohio to New Jersey. Our baby arrived happy and healthy in 1 day! Throughout the process, Magan kept in touch with us. She gave us a gps to follow her progress, she sent us photos along the way and directly communicated with us from start to finish. As we have never purchased a pup in this manner from a breeder hundreds of miles away unseen and have never had to worry about getting our pup to our home, we were quite nervous. Magan quickly and effectively eased our worries. She was our eyes on the ground when she picked up our baby from the breeder. She checked the puppy over to make sure she was healthy. She worked directly with the breeder in the transfer. Additionally, our pup was comfortable and happy throughout the ride to us. We HIGHLY recommend Magan!! A+!!

If any pet transport is needed I truly believe this is the one! My family and I are moving and no airline would transport a pitbull Mix and I was in such high anxiety state because I didn't know what to do. After much googling I came across citizenshipper.com where I met Ms. Patty. From the start Ms. Patty calmed my worries about the transport and explained in great detail about the whole process. For a first time transport user this is what I needed. I had a million question and Ms. Patty was so nice and patient in answering all of them. Oh there is so much more to say but I may have to write a book. The drivers they were so amazing as well keeping me in the loop and sending pictures of my pup. There is also GPS to keep me in the loop where they are. They took such good care of him and were so nice to him. They were so timely on point and accommodated me with the drop off as well which was a life saver. Overall from start to finish the entire team was just amazing. No complaints! Shipping her equipment along with her was really important (reptile owners will understand this), so I’m glad the company was accommodating. I was nervous about trusting my new SDiT (service dog in training) to strangers for so long (AR to MI) but these wonderful people clearly love the animals they transport and love uniting them with their people. I can't tell you how much it means to me that my puppy is finally here with me and how happy I was to know that he was treated like family and not just cargo during transit. From the first introduction through to the end it was a very pleasant experience, never once did I feel like I was being treated like just another job which helped calm my anxiety. Got texts before pick up, a call, and we even did a quick video chat so I could see my little man before they hit the road. Very very happy and my puppy is too ❤

She is not dependable..knowing the predictions of the weather she waited until the day of to cancel..and said it was the weather...never responded to any text messages...after canceling..never gave any other options..Now my dog is still in the kennel and im in search for someone who I can trust and dependable I must say she low nodded herself and still had 3 weeks to make any changes..Im truly upset ?. Fraud / Criminal Activity Beware! They failed to provide the service we agreed to [i.e., never showed up on the date agreed to pick up my dog]. I was charged $119 after a successful booking was made with Petlovers&moversPLUSmore by CitizenShipper and then Petlovers&moversPLUSmore charged me $300 as a deposit; in total I have now paid $419. After receiving my $300 dollar deposit they never showed up nor did they respond to any of my communications. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and that they did not show up to honor the contract after being paid a large deposit! I believe they have perpetrated fraud against me and never intended to provide this service. I have moved forward with filing reports. Stay far away from this company or you will be stolen from!

Robert and Carey are wonderful! They transported our Teacup Maltipoo from OK to Boston. They sent me pictures of our dog everyday and kept me updated of the travel plan daily. They took great care and feeding of the dog and also the dog stays in the room overnight in the hotel with them. They even gave the dog a bath before they handed him to me! I can’t say enough good things about Robert and Carey, very nice folks and very caring of animals. I would t hesitate to use them again.
