Hello, I am a US Navy service member. Heather and Ashley had amazing timing and comfortable care of my dog Zues the entire trip. Live GPS, messages 24/7, feeding, potty breaks, pictures, relaxation/comfortablity for my dog was give and seen. I was nervous about this but I was assured every hour through their communication daily. The TIMING WOW. Even my mother that received him in Texas was shocked. Oh and they share the GPS with multiple family members encase you are busy or working as they travel. I was extremely please. They have gained a new loyal customer and have my military peers already asking about their website since we move often being a service member. Top Notch quality for half the price the other transporters were bidding me. I received a FULL DETAILED SERVICE for my dog and could not have been more satisfied and worry free. My dog is a American Pittbull and surely he was nervous around random dogs. They skills with pets, had him completely relaxed with other dogs the whole trip, he had a lot of selfie pictures as if he forgot me and went on vacation. I literally watch them tag team the entire trip swiftly. This was absolutely more than I could ask for with being nervous about transporting my best friend. Heather and Ashley you guys ROCK. Nathan was amazing with my fur baby. Everytime I wanted to see how the trip was going he was more than happy to answer my call. He also sent multiple pics and videos. Right from the first time I spoke with him I felt very comfortable that he was the right person to transport my puppy. I spoke with multiple people about transportation for my puppy but he deffinatly made me feel the most comfortable and confident that my puppy would be able to enjoy his ride and would be loved and taken care of the entire time. We were very nervous doing this, but Terri and her team were wonderful to work with. They were very kind and informative on our puppy’s journey home. They took pictures of Laverne along the way, and we were able to follow them on the GPS link provided upon pickup in WI. That feature kept us more at ease. Due to a death in my family, I needed to get two dos from Florida to New York. I specifically stated that I needed to transport two XL (135 and 90 pounds) dogs and was assured they had vehicles that could accommodate this. They had a lot of 5 star reviews and their price was in the middle level, and seemed reasonable for the distance involved. The morning of pick up, a man showed up (on time) in a small car (Civic?, Corolla?). When I went out to talk to them and said that one dog would barely fit in the car , much less two, the driver opened the trunk! I'm not sure what he was trying to imply but I refused to entrust them with the dogs. There was a language barrier as well, and I could tell he wasn't understanding what I was saying about the size issues. I wound up paying twice as much to book a last minute transport with another company who showed up in a van, with dog beds and crates.

Steve did an awesome job. Kept communication throughout the entire delivery. He shipped some pretty valuable items for me over 1300miles. He took extra time to add more protection to the items. They arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend him for anyone. He does take a little more time to get to and from locations but I see that as a benefit because he does this so the items arrive in the same condition they were sent and that to me is more valuable than getting an item early but in a different condition that it was sent.

We've never had to do anything like this. Our family made a 2000mi move. Dawn made it a breeze to understand the logistics. And Ryan was really kind and straightforward at pickup and throughout the entire journey. Our boy (tall standard poodle) is really easy going, so we knew he wouldn't have many issues except for not being able to stretch out a lot while in the crate. (if you have a big dog, expect them to be a little stoved-up after riding several days) Overall, this family inspired our confidence and really performed a great service. I chose them over a gut feeling and super glad that I did. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I will be opening a dispute for the deposit. They were not communicative or professional. MIA for several days, I finally called and asked for an ETA and they said they would let me know within 15 min. No one did. No one responded to further texts or texts the next morning. When I reached out to citizen shipper about this, they reached out and the transport service FINALLY responded, they were argumentative, rude, unprofessional, and implied that a minor shin injury during a move that day was the reason they didn't ever get in touch and had not been in touch since. 0/10 do not recommend and do not feel comfortable sending my cat with them anymore. Also, they say they give a partial refund if you cancel (in this case it would be appropriate to process a full refund) but have refused to refund the $500 deposit I paid. Sketchy, unprofessional and have since blown me up with so many threatening messages that I was forced to block their number.

Gina is the BEST!!! My cat, Charlie, rode in luxury. He had a spacious cage to himself. Gina communicated everyday with pictures and comments. The pictures showed that Charlie was doing fine. I was concerned about Charlie getting sick from the stress of the unknown for four days. He always got sick when I took him to a local cat sitter. When Charlie arrived, he was calm as before he left. First I’m a very conscientious owner and am suspicious of most pet care situations. That said I cannot be happier with my experience with Rebecca. She went above and beyond what would be expected of any mortal. She actually went 11/2 hour drive the day of the flight to pick up my dog from the breeder. Got her and had to tactfully receive her from the breeder that likes to hold a person hostage with tales. Drive the 90 minutes back to the airport get on the flight from Columbus OH to Las Vegas then our LAX. Always upbeat and tolerant and I received my little girl 100% healthy and safe. This is the first time I used this app and service and am glad 😀 I found it. I don’t know how I would have gotten my dog in such a safe and efficient way otherwise. Thank you Rebecca, love to you
