I had a fantastic experience with Sandersons. Both women I dealt with were extremely professional. I purchased a puppy in N Carolina, and I live in New Hampshire. They picked him up the day after I purchased him, and he was here in just about 24 hours. Sabrina, kept me in the loop, when he was picked up, pictures and all. I received pictures and updates throughout his trip. Sabrina really went above and beyond, and obviously loves animals. I would use Sandersons again, and whole-heartedly recommended them to anyone. I hired Mona from Platinum Pet Transport to bring my new Giant Schnauzer puppy from a breeder in Texes to Kansas. I was very concerned not knowing what to expect. Mona worked directly with me and the Breeder and kept me well informed of her progress the whole time she was traveling and how the pup was doing when she ate and whether she had pottied. She arrived well within her estimated time of arrival despite lots of construction and actual tornadoes hitting the areas she would be driving into. She took every precaution and let me know where she had stopped and when she started traveling again. She arrived with my new pup and she was a happy, healthy and clean puppy. I don't write many reviews but the experience I had everyone should know about it. If you want your pet to be transported with someone who will treat your pet like a king or queen, then Caring Transport is who you should choose. This Company went above and beyond all my expectations. My fiancé and I moved from California to Florida. We went separately and my fiancé was in charge of my baby Grizzly. My fiancé had all kinds of problems with his car and he and Grizzly were on the road for 2 weeks and only made 1000 miles. Grizzly escaped a few times and all 3 of us were stressed out. I decided I needed help and should have Grizzly transported to me. I started searching the web for how to transport a cat and that's when I found Citizenshipper. I placed the ad with them and received 14 bids. Most of them were just to much money. I contacted the least expensive which was Caring Transport. Larry, the owner, worked with me and how much I had to spend. He got Grizzly to me in 3 days from Albuquerque to Palm Bay. He kept me informed the whole trip with pictures and updates to help alleviate my stress. The cherry on the sundae was when Larry pulled up he said, "I want you to take Grizzly in your bedroom, shut the door and love on him for 10 minutes. Then you and I can settle up afterwards." How freakin awesome is that! He was more interested in mine and Grizzly's welfare then the money. I can't thank Larry enough for saving the day. Caring Transport will be my only referral for pet transporting in the future. I seriously recommend them if you love your pet as much as I do.

The puppy was a gift & we found this method to be more caring than shipping him by air in the cargo area of a plane. Amanda & her traveling partner Tavon showed a great amount of care & consideration for our puppy's needs. From the moment they arrived at our front door to delivery of "Atlas" to my son's front door we received great communication. Rustem was great! He was a gentleman and very accommodating even though I had to cancel a 10 hr trip several states away within hours of him picking up my bird. She was having a problem and I felt terrible having to call him at the last minute. He was polite and kind even though I woke him at almost 2am with the bad news phone call . He answered right away and assured me that he would come back when I felt the bird was ready. It was two weeks later before I called him back and within just a few days he was here to get her. I found that she was scared when I put her in the crate because she was not used to it and wanted me. (much like a young child) He put her on the front passenger seat so she could see him and he could monitor her. He put soothing music on the radio to calm her. He answered calls or texts from me promptly while traveling and even took snapshots of her to reassure me that she was doing okay. I realized later that he was doing the same for the recipient of this bird. So we kept him busy. I will request Rustem again and hope he is available. This was a new and very pleasant experience for me with Citizen Ship and Rustem.

Onur is your driver. He is excellent.my puppy came from Maine and the breeder met Onur on the Maine/New Hampshire border. He has GPS so I could follow the car down to my home. He reported on the puppy honestly and it was a solo ride. I highly recommend. This driver. He was efficient, early and drove well. The puppy was not traumatized or sick. It was a smooth ride for him and me. I have four dogs and would let any or all ride with Onur. Thank you!
