I had a bad experience with this weird lady. She delivered my dog and I attempted to pay her at the door. She said no, and she would text me a link later to pay her. I said ok, and that I was going to my own birthday party and would pay her through the link when I got home. She started blowing up my phone at my party, texting me very confusing messages that ended up being for someone else. It was disturbing me so I turned my phone off. She then came back to my house, (I was still away at my party), she disturbed my family, and called the police to my house. Once I got home I paid her as agreed, but she had thoroughly embarrassed me to everyone like I was some kind of thief. She then kept texting me afterwards, apologizing all over herself so I had to block her to get her to leave me alone. I don't know why she didn't take the payment at the door if she was so worried about it. A very bizarre experience and I would not use her again.

Tim was AMAZING with our golden retriever puppy although she did get car sick for him. Not once did he complain about that. I would choose him again if I ever needed another transport. He offered Google Maps tracking and called when he picked her up along with when he was an hour out. I enjoyed also getting pictures of our pup right when he got her.

Jamil and his son did a fantastic job delivering our mini goldendoodle puppy to us! He was quick with communication both prior to and during the trip, sent several pictures and videos along the way, and we were able to track him with GPS the whole way, which helped with our planning. He was also flexible and worked with our breeder to coordinate a time that would work for both of them. As an added bonus, he very kind to our kids when he delivered the puppy! In the process of preparing to move from PA to CA, we realized pretty late in the game my 8 lb Chihuahua was too tall for the airline approved pet carriers. I found Jose & Gianina’s pet service on Citizen Shipper and felt most comfortable choosing them because of their great reviews and verifications. I could not have chosen better! They were prompt in picking him up, communicated great the whole time, sending multiple pictures and telling me about the other animals he was in the car with. I was so anxious about being away from him, but they were so reassuring that it really made me feel better. They had my dog cross country in 3 days, I couldn’t believe it! I know exactly who I’ll be calling the next time I need this service.

I have found your shipper for you… Don't pass this one up! Mario is a very special person. He was extremely kind and communicative while rescuing me from a family emergency and helping me to get my senior dog driven five hours to me with literally no notice. He dropped everything and ran to help! Mario was so comforting as I was going through a tough time, and he seemed to know intuitively exactly what to do in order to make me feel better. I really appreciated his ongoing photos of my baby and the tracker he sent me so I wouldn't know where they were at all times. He didn't only walk my dog, but found dog parks along the way, treating my pup to multiple outings--more than my pup needed, a true act of kindness! He is generous, responsive, extremely kind, and very flexible. If I could give Mario 10 stars, I would! If I am lucky enough, our schedules will coordinate, and I will use him exclusively in the future....WOW!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Geoff and Leslie!! I got 40+ messages from transportation companies, and I’m so grateful I chose them. While they had fewer reviews than the others, they are absolutely perfect for this job. They are not only impressively efficient, but genuinely nice people too. (The breeder we got the pup from also absolutely loved working with them) They went so far above and beyond during our transaction- they picked up an 8 week old puppy from a breeder for us and drove 10 hours to get him here. I was really hesitant to use a transport service, since I had never seen the dog myself. Especially because he is so young. But after messaging with them, I immediately felt comfortable and knew my pup would be safe. They drove just him, so he got their undivided attention, which made his transition to the new house so much less jarring. We also really appreciated their professionalism- they were in constant communication with us the entire time. They sent pictures, videos, and arrival time updates throughout the entire day.. They even took pictures of the parent dog for us at the breeders. Before this, I didn’t even know pet transportation services existed 😂 It was so convenient- they brought him right to our house. I definitely recommend speaking to Leslie and Geoff’s before booking anyone else.

Just don’t. The plan was to pick up my dog at 9:30 in the morning in Spokane, get tires checked on her car and head to the Boise area to deliver my dog to me the same day. She claimed she was pulled over and searched and was having a mental breakdown and needed to collect herself. She took my dog home to her house which wasn’t part of the plan. At 5:00 pm she hadn’t left her house to deliver my dog. I have screenshots of her text messages where her story changes at least seven times. She cancelled on me and cancelled her other shipments “so she says.”. Then didn’t refund my money. In the end she blames me, claiming she was going to deliver my dog to me, that I wasn’t patient. I have a text stating she is canceling. She agreed to a date and time. She had no intent to honor that date and time. She indicated that she was out of gas and didn’t have money to get any. I had paid her. If she intended on delivering my dog her car would have been gassed up and ready to go. She also indicated her car was making sounds, that she had a mental breakdown, it was one excuse after another. Scam artist who would not refund my money or even partially after indicating she would. Stole $300 from me. She should use this money for some kind of therapy or medication, she is a complete lunatic. Anyone who’d like to reach out for her screenshots can do so. I’ll never use this service ever again.

As a person who breeds smaller dogs, I was a little concerned with low reviews and when the company didn’t have tracking option available for this puppy delivery. Also they had other animals on board so it wasn’t a solo ride so the trip did take three days for the delivery of the pup . However, it is a very clean, well organized vehicle. They even come with blankets food, bowls, crates for each individual pet and pillows ! Also not only did the company agreed to sign a responsibility waiver in Lou of not having tracking which is for their own company, safety procedures, (which we totally understood ) . They also sent a photo and many text updates . Ultimately, when the puppy arrived at her new home myself as the breeder was notified with a photo from the carrier service of her with her new family. My clients even wanted to tip the puzzle Piece carrier service for their great service. I will surely be using this using this pet courier service again. Very reasonable prices, very accommodating, and very trustworthy!
