This is the 1st time using Debbie, she is wonderful, picked up a puppy in SB In and delivered to Long Island NY. She had treats and a toy for the pup (8 wks old) even gave the little guy a name so she could talk to him as if he was hers. She sent pictures at each hotel stay and a picture of the puppy with his new forever family. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!!! Highly recommended. Thanks Debbie your the best. If i could i would have rated this person with a zero. She was 2 1/2 hours late. It took us half an hour to get the back of her SUV clean so we could put the cat's kennel in. i rode with her and it is a good thing i did. She smoked pot while driving. i had to ask her to stop for the night so i could give the cats food and water. She wanted to camp in a tent while i wanted to get a room so the cats could be let out of their kennel. This made her angry. At one point, because the SUV was so unorganized something heavy fell on the cat's soft kennel almost hitting them. The last night she did not want to stop and became angry when i told her we needed to because she was swerving on the road and the cats needed food and water. She had been stopped by the police because of speeding. He discovered her tag had been expired since January (this was in April). She screamed verbal abuses at me and abandoned us in South Dakota in the middle of the night. She refused to refund me any money so i could afford a room. My friends had to drive 8 hours to come and get me. i sincerely believe that if i had not been with her my cats would not have been given food and water regularly and would have slept out in the freezing temps. every night. She believes god was talking to her. Because of that and the way she acted i do not believe her to be mentally stable. Please do not let her be responsible for your pets. i fear for their safety. Do Not trust this driver. She is very unprofessional and unsafe. i am very unsatisfied with this driver. i complained to Citizen Shipper and can not believe this person is still on their site. i find that unprofessional in itself. Because of that i would not refer anyone to this site.

I honestly think that Brook treated the puppy with all the attention and care that she would have shown if the puppy was her own. She kept the location and info lines open around the clock. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their work!! I highly recommend them.

Overall very satisfied! There was delay due to rental car issues during Easter weekend which I understood. She offered to return my deposit if I wanted to try and find another transport but, told her at this point I did not think it would matter as far as getting puppy any sooner. Missy kept us updated throughout but, took a detour to pick up another animal to transport on her way home that she did not met me know about. As a result, the delivery was delayed another day. In her defense she said she thought she told me. I understand that to keep her overhead down and, pricing competitive she has to maximize her time but, I may have tried to find another transport had I known she was going to pick up another animal and delay a extra day. That said, she did keep us updated and the puppy arrived safely. That said, I understand sometimes things happen that can’t be controlled and, would recommend Missy’s Transport. Thank you Missy!!

I can't say enough nice things about John and Katrina. I am so, so glad that they ended up being the ones to transport my kiddo from Colorado to California. Communication was absolutely stellar from the jump. I received info about estimated times of arrival on both ends, and was able to GPS track the trip the whole way. They even let me know when John got stopped on the highway leaving Colorado due to a wreck ahead of him in the snowstorm. Speaking of the trip, John got from point A to point B far quicker than I'd expected! It was amazing, as I'd been anxiously awaiting being reunited with my pup for a while now after moving into my new home. I was expecting that the trip might be kind of a nightmare for him with my anxious, blind dog but to my surprise, my kiddo was cool as a cucumber when he was dropped off. It's so clear to me that both John and Katrina care deeply about the animals that they transport, and make sure that they're safe and comfortable during what can be an incredibly stressful time. I cannot recommend them enough—if you have a pet to transport, absolutely go with these two. They'll make the whole nerve-racking process into something smooth and easy the whole way through.
