I would not only use Happy Bones again I would highly recommend them to anyone who had to transport their pet. Woody is not only funny and made me relax they his comedy but he was azi g withu dog. My dog has anxiety around men especially.. but Woody just has a natural way with dogs ( like a dog whisperer) and he got him to relax and we all had a great ride.. We rescued a husky in L.A. and found a home for her across the country; the only issue was that we didn't know how to get her there and time was running out (they were going to adopt another dog locally). We almost gave up when we found Megan on Citizen Shipper. She answered all of our questions immediately and that really put us at ease. In fact, we thought she was too good to be true and we were very relieved when we finally spoke. In reality, Megan is a true animal whisperer, and people whisperer, too! She had a very gentle and commanding way with our energetic fur-baby, and the whole process was very easy. Travis and Theresa went above and beyond to make sure my little girl made it to Colorado safely. Transporting a cat is not easy! My Cinder cried for hours. 53 lb. Australian Sheppard from Virginia Beach Virginia to Tucson Az. Good communication, there was a hiccup in communication at the beginning but we worked our way through it no major complaints there. They sent plenty of pictures and updates along the route. My only quip is that i had both an early morning pickup at my friends house and an early morning drop off at mine. The complaint isnt the early pickup time but the fact that we had to ask for estimated times of pickup and drop off. they wanted to wait till an hour before showing up but when asked what the estimate would be they provided one. maybe having the drivers give an estimate earlier especially for the early morning/late night so that people can be prepared

I'm have nothing but good to say about Caycee of Wags n Wiggles! We needed to get our two newest pups- 55 & 30 lb Standard Poodles- brought to us from Illinois to Montana. I'm a mom of three littles so driving myself just was not an option, but Caycee made the trip and gave such peace of mind throughout. She even handled the bad weather like a champ! When our Poodles arrived they were happy, seemed well-rested, and comfortable around Caycee. You could tell she had treated them with the utmost care. I appreciated the photos and updates throughout the trip as well. 10/10 recommend, hope to use her services again!

Sydney is a dedicated driver and safely transported my cats from CT to FL within 24 hours. She texted me a photo during the journey to let me know they were safe and sound. She is upbeat and very reasonably priced. She even helped set the cats up (litter box, beds, etc.) once they reached their destination. Her pick up time was delayed but she let me know why and I understood. My cats were in good hands during their solo transport. I would hire Sydney again without hesitation.

Very satisfied they kept me well informed of their progress sent lots of videos and pictures of my dog getting walked to use the bathroom and eat and drink water. They were able to find the pick up location even though it was in the country with no actual address and when my people forgot to give them my dogs food they stopped and purchased exactly what he's used to eating with their own money insisting that it wasn't a problem and not to worry about the expense until delivery. All in all they underbid their services. I definitely recommend using M&M courier
