There’s not enough stars for the level of care and professionalism my family and I experienced. I was worried what a trip from WA to GA would do to my cats (they’re easily stressed) but they were loved and treated like they were his own! Communication was never an issue, I was given daily updates, plenty of pictures of my babies along the way, and the GPS tracking was an extra peace of mind! Justin really went above and beyond for my cats, thank you so much! I will forever recommend him to anyone who asks.

Brittany was amazing! We were so nervous about having our fur baby sent from SC to florida (a 10 hour trip) and she completely eased my anxiety the entire time! She used the Life360 app so I could see where in route she was at all times, checked in with texts and pictures to let me know how he was doing. She is very sweet and was great with our chiweenie. **** This guy drove through tornadoes and hail storms and didn’t skip a beat. All my merchandise is in excellent condition. Great guy. Super nice. Hi Bennie here! My Mom was in a real pinch! We were visiting my grand family in PA for the last 4months before I turned ONE!! And boy oh boy what a party that was… to come all the way from sunny hot FL, to cool fall and winter PA!? I almost lost my mind. But Mom said we had to go home to see my real family. My dad and my sister. She had no idea how she was going to handle me because let’s be honest, I grew considerably. My manners were undoubtedly questionable and I was definitely stronger given all I did was run and play and eat! What a life. She found this app “Citizen Shipper” and this man Matthew started responding to her right away. I couldn’t be mad about it. They talked all about me. How much I weigh, how I behave with other dogs, how social I am. She seemed very comfortable with him. He called her often and they made plans for me to be picked up! That’s right “picked up”. I know this man doesn’t think he’s going to just walk in here and pick me up and put me in a vehicle that I’ve never been in. Not without a struggle! Or a good barking at! But he did. I’m so ashamed. He had that dog energy. I knew it. He came in, my Mom wasn’t nervous, so I sat and kissed him. Uhhhh He literally carried me like a baby so my paws wouldn’t get wet and put me in his sweet ride! With a pretty sweet Husky too!! I got home after a couple stops and some snacks. It was like magic. He was super kind to bring some of my favorite things back home. 10/10 Douglas is top-notch. I used 4 K Animal Transport to get a puppy to its new family in a Oregon. It was a last minute decision which made all of our communication and coordination so important. Teresa and Travis did a wonderful job with my pitbull they took care of her like she was their own I was super skeptical of asking a stranger to take my dog from Florida to Pennsylvania but if I had to do it again I would rely on these two wonderful people. OMG! Susan was the Best! I chose her out of @25 offers and buy am I glad I did. Her animal credentials were top among all offers and our communication fantastic! Once I agreed to her bid we talked in the phone several times and she clearly is an animal person. She drove from Montana to San Diego and totally exceeded my expectations! She sent me her gps in maps abs I could track her all the way. Fiona is only 11 months so she had a crates for her all cozy, and a separate one in the back for potty. In the very wee hours of Saturday when the sun came up she stopped at a Starbucks that was next to a park and carried my time girl around the park to get her some air and have her coffee. We all know you can’t put a puppy down on unknown turf and dirt due to parvo and more, and she knew exactly what to do. She was Spectacular and I would HIGHLY recommend her! Horrible they damaged our trailer and bent box they were late picking up and used a rag instead of correct size ball. Then would not supply driver license or insurance info. Worst ever stay as far away from as you can.
