Absolutely outstanding. Our dog had to travel from Texas to California and it was a two day trip. The dog is a purebred sheltie but he is older and becoming frail and I was worried about him surviving the trip. John kept in touch with us every step of the way. He knew that the dog had not been eating well so he shared his own food with the dog and worked with him for every meal to make sure he had enough nourishment. He is courteous, professional, caring, and extremely generous with his time and effort to take care of the dog. He also maintained the schedule that he had promised us. The dog did not want him to leave when he was dropped off. That says everything about how well he will bond with your dog as well. I cannot say enough about this important trip for our elderly dog ended up being with an individual who gave us peace of mind and made it happen in a safe and effective way.

This company was quick to respond, and they were our lowest bidder. We needed a transporter to pick up a toy breed puppy in MI and bring it to us in MA. They had experience with tiny dogs getting carsick and they keep glucose on hand in case they can't hold down food or water. This was reassuring to know in advance. We read their profile and some of their many reviews which were also encouraging as this was our first time doing this. Having the GPS app on our phone was interesting because we could see the whole route and where they were and the estimated mileage and time away. They arrived at 6:15 am which was earlier than the time they promised. What we recommend the most is that you should assume your dog is going to be carsick and only send waterproof (not furry) chew toys that can be easily rinsed off, and an inexpensive crate pad that can be thrown away if necessary. A stack of pee pads would be easiest if your dog doesn't chew them. Our puppy settled in with us nicely.

Furry first class only answered my text, no pics, the puppy was delivered at 2:00 am, the lady rang the bell and waked up all my family the puppy was starving and completely thirsty and of course super stinky.

This driver delayed our shipment by about two weeks and refused to return our deposit after she showed up late. This was the worst delivery service we have ever gotten, and I cannot emphasize enough how crazy it was dealing with her while I was deployed abroad for the military. She caused damage to our property by leaving it out in her truck and was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Also please beware, she had my previous review deleted claiming some information was false, and I came back to citizenshipper months later to ensure my review stood so people could be informed. Just ask yourself how many insane situations like mine have happened that do not even show up here. I WILL fight in court or with federal regulators to ensure people are informed and stay far away from this driver. Citizenshipper is an intermediary and as such has their own responsibilities to drivers and customers, and they are doing what they can to meet those responsibilities as of now. If she attempts to get my review deleted again I will present the entirety of it along with evidence of everything said here to ensure it stands. Ask yourself how terrible this experience must have been for me to go so far so long to ensure she is held accountable, and stay away.
